Wonderful home. Owen put a lot of love and care into the place. We had guests come by during our stay and every single one commented on how cozy the house felt. We had everything we needed and Owen was a wonderful host. Would definitely stay again.

We had a wonderful stay in your charming home. This house has so much character and had all the amenities listed plus some. Everything was as described. The kitchen was well stocked. It was very cozy and we felt right at home. Kelly was a good hostess and communicated with us in a timely manner. We loved staying in the garden district area. We felt safe and it was only about a 10 minute drive to LSU.

This place is always amazing. We have stayed multiple times as a large family and it is the best. Awesome location

Can’t say enough good things about this place and the hosts! It was comfy, very peaceful/quiet, and there are lots of stores nearby as well as tons of parks and hiking trails. The rental. Is situated against a small creek so there are no neighbors breathing down your neck (and the songbirds in the morning are abundant!)

We were in Baton Rouge for a dance competition at Crowne Plaza Exec Center and really wanted a peaceful place to land at the end of some very long days/nights. Jay’s place was perfect for this. It was 10 mins from the venue, next to lots of great restaurants, bars and a mall. It was about 15 minutes to Trader Joe’s (we don’t have one where we live so this is a big deal for us, lol!), close to Rouses, Sprouts, multiple CVS/Walgreens and gas stations. The location was perfect for what we needed and would definitely stay there again if in Baton Rouge. There was a great sushi place called Sushi Masa about 1 minute away, which was also an added bonus!

Quite peaceful area, everything was just like in the description. Enjoyed our stay 100%.

Stopped by on a road trip and this spot was perfect. Quiet neighborhood, easy check in, and incredibly clean. Definitely would recommend to anyone

While we were only at the listing for a short time, it was perfect for what we needed. It is off a main road, but you cannot hear any road noise from the bedrooms. The place is decorated nice, cozy, and had all the amenities one would need. Great stay!

We made last minute plans for an overnight stay, and Rosevelt’s home was perfect for us. He was very responsive and helpful throughout our stay. The beds were very comfortable. Will definitely book again.

The house was everything we expected. Tonya gave very clear directions on entering the property and also provided several recommendations for things to do in the area during our stay.

Amazing Stay with Excellent Amenities and Hospitality! We had an incredible time staying at this Airbnb! The property is packed with fantastic amenities, including a beautiful pool, a fun ping pong table, and a great grill setup for BBQs. The host was extremely flexible with our check-in and check-out times, which made our trip so much more convenient. From the moment we arrived, we felt right at home. The place was clean, comfortable, and had everything we needed for a relaxing stay. We can’t wait to come back and enjoy this amazing space again. Highly recommended!

We had a mixed group of people that stayed in the property for a gymnastics competition in Baton Rouge. The house was extremely spacious and we did not feel cramped at all. The bedrooms had large beds and still had ample room to move around and keep luggage. The host reached out everyday to check in and see how things were going. I did have a little mishap with the entry code upon arrival but I was able to make a phone call and get it rectified on site within just a few minutes. I recommend the property for any large groups. The property has a cocktail pool out back with a lovely patio around that is great for mingling and hanging out while our children swam. We were at the property at the end of February/beginning of March and we asked for the pool to be heated and it was very comfortable for the kids. The house is very close to a lot of restaurants, attractions and LSU's campus which was exactly what we needed. Hoping to be able to stay at this property again should we come back.

Very nice place tucked in the corner by LSU. Very cozy and relaxed, and well priced. Perfect spot to beat the Baton Rouge traffic.

This is a great house! Very nice neighborhood. Very nice area! Lots of restaurants near by. The community pool and playground is super nice. There is a lovely small lake the house overlooks! We even saw a bald eagle several mornings, and several seagulls. Jasmine is very quick to respond! You will be very happy booking this home. This was our second time to stay here.

This home was perfect for our needs and is spacious and comfortable. It was very clean and tidy. We would definitely stay here again. Communication with Josh is easy and quick. This is a super cool place, and it is so so comfortable and homey. The decorating is top notch. Very clean, and the bed (pillows too!) is like sleeping on a cloud. Sheree is the best host..HANDS DOWN! No other host holds a candle to her kindness, responsiveness, honesty, and she is so easy to talk to. Sheree strives to ensure all of your needs are met plus some. Trust me. I stay in a lot of air bnb’s due to my work. I leave honest reviews, and you WILL NOT regret staying here! (Or any of her other properties)

Our stay was wonderful. Molly was so kind and responsive. Her home was great, clean, and very homey. There were so many restaurants within walking distance and other great places very close by. Our pups loved the walks and backyard too! We would absolutely stay there again.

The rental is exactly as the pictures show. It is not new/modern but very comfortable and has everything you need. The house sits on a large piece of property in a very peaceful area. This is amazing since the area is the very populated area of Prairieville just south of Baton Rouge. There are very good local restaurants and chain restaurants within a five minute drive of the rental. There is easy access to I10 and Airline Highway. For anyone wanting to travel to LSU, Perkins Road and Highland Road are very near.

We had an excellent stay! Very easy to get back after the LSU game, which can be half the battle when leaving a football game. Far enough away from the bars that it’s quiet and close enough to the main roads to go for food, groceries or anything else you want to do.

We call with a last min booking and he got us in late that night! Excellent host, private area and quiet! Anything we needed he was there! Very responsive host! Also amazed us on his love and care for our animal we had with us! The host was always making sure he had fresh air and running time outside! Will definitely be coming back here for future stays.

Exactly like the photos, cute clean apartment near lsu, quiet neighborhood. The place was super clean and even had drinks & snacks. 😊
