Great location! Walkable to beach, restaurants, grocery, and convenient stores. Not the type of place you'd stay to hang out in, but if your goal is to visit for beach access, Coco's place is a great option. Coco was also super responsive, kind, and thorough.

Overall, had a great stay! A very well located home near the Jacksonville beach, instead of driving me and my partner walked to the beautiful beach. Zac is a great host, apartment came with many amenities, and very well cleaned. I would rate the stay a 10/10 highly recommend and will most likely return back.

So this was the first time that I had used Airbnb, I have always used hotels for travel, but this time I had a 9-day stay. My daughter lives in the area and recommended an Airbnb, and I couldn't have been happier. Robert's place was perfect. It included all the amenities so I could cook and not have to eat out for every meal. The apartment is in a quiet neighborhood and even the neighbors were great. It was clean and comfortable and Robert's instructions couldn't have been more clear and precise. I would definitely recommend Robert's place to any traveler. I will use it again for sure, the next time I visit Jacksonville.

Check in was very easy, responsive host and it was the perfect little condo for my two dogs and I to stay at for a couple of days.

Actually this was our first Airbnb. We typically stay at high end hotels. However, we thought we would give this a try since so close to where our daughter attends school. Stay was in a like new unit above garage. Host lives in home on property. Very friendly and responsive. Property is stunning with huge weeping willows. One concern was that unit was hot. Unit sits above the garage and has skylights that lets sun in. We turned a/c down a few times but it seemed to revert back to higher temps. Beds were too stiff and uncomfortable for us. Therefore, we had problems sleeping through the night both nights we stayed there. However, with hat said, we would definitely stay there again! The beauty of the property, location to our daughter, and great host makes it a must stay.

I stayed at this listing for a month and felt safe and comfortable. The unit is a private suite connected to the main house, but you maintain total privacy with in-unit amenities. The space is perfect for one or two guests, and the unit is located for you to enjoy Fleming Island and Orange Park. Jackie keeps the bathroom VERY well stocked also! Of note- for guests working from home, the WiFi is not the fastest. There is a smell of tobacco as mentioned in a previous review, but we did not find it to be an issue during our visit. Thank you Jackie for the great stay!

Great place! Has everything you need. I stayed for a bit over a month and it was a good long term stay. The in unit washer and dryer was a lifesaver. Has all the needed amenities like pots/pans, coffee, plates, extra linens, etc. The host was very responsive and helpful! The area is safe and seems peaceful, no super loud noises except the occasional neighbor or train, it didn’t feel unsafe at any time. Parking is conveniently close. Definitely would book again when i’m back in Jax!

Michael was a great host. He responded to our needs very quickly. We were on a strange timeline, and he was very flexible. It is a great location, very convenient to Mayo.

My husband and I were very comfortable in Carla’s beach cottage! She has a beautiful spa right next door and the therapeutic massage was life changing!! The private hot tub was fabulous to relax in whenever we liked. Carla was very hospitable and welcoming. The apartment had everything you would need for a comfortable stay and the location was fabulous! Straight shot to the beach in 3.5 blocks. We will definitely visit Carla’s again when we come back for another visit with family and friends.

I had a great time here. It was clean, quiet surroundings, with a beautiful lake view. Joe was an amazing host, responsive, and was able to accommodate any of my needs. Highly recommend!

I wanted to surprise my bf for his bday, I wanted something relaxing and peaceful and Eric place did just that. I love how the guest have they own private parking space and it was right next to the studio. We didn’t get to enjoy the pool because the weather wasn’t very friendly, my bf enjoyed the place so much mainly because we work a lot so getting away from home and relaxing was something we both needed, I booked the place for him but I think I needed it more than him, the lack of noise was very soothing and pleasant. Thank you Eric for a peaceful weekend. Would definitely book again.

WOW!!! Everything about this rental is exceptional. Will definitely be staying here again when we come back up to this area. From the time we arrived Lesedric always answered any questions, responded right away, and took care of us.

The place was great! Even though we had to share common areas, it worked out great. The other two places were rented at the same time by people other than our family, but it was absolutlely no problem. We made new friends! The only issue that ever came up was the parking. We had rented the space to accomodate my in-laws that were in for the holiday. My children and my husband's sibling wanted to come and visit, but the parking was very limited. We managed it by carpooling from my house that is not very far away. Andrew was very nice and quick to respond to any issues and also very understanding of our circumstances. This place is absolutley amazing and is full of places to just relax for any size group of people. There is always a little nook somewhere to escape to if you need to get away from the rest of the residents. I would totally recommend for vacation or just a get-away!

Very nice little home. Glenn was a great host gives great instructions and keeps you updated. Also right by the beach which is awesome would definitely come back.
