Tina's cottage was very comfortable and well situated in the middle of all the island has a lot to offer...and the island has a LOT to offer. The front porch in the morning was the perfect place to start every day where you could enjoy the perfectly designed and expertly manicured garden which was both a visual treat and fragrant bouquet. The garden came to life every day with birds and butterflies that gave plenty to keep you entertained even if the rain kept you 'in'. And after things cleared up, you could spend the rest of the day chasing the many waterfalls that are all very close by. So many natural wonders so close by ......with Tina's cottage being the perfect place to come back to and recharge by getting a peaceful, pleasant nights sleep. Every day was better than the previous and Tina was very responsive and helped out with whatever requests we had. She and her husband Harry, truly made our stay better and helped us appreciate all the island of Dominica has to offer!

Maison ancienne atypique dotée d'une belle terrasse accessible par la rue, dans un village authentique et très vivant de pêcheurs. Plage et rivière à pied. Épiceries et snackettes jouxtent Layou Beach House. Bonne cuisine simple et bon marché. Position centrale dans l'île avec une voiture de location. Patti connait très bien son île d'adoption et vous communiquera généreusement de précieux conseils. Pour ceux qui voudront s'immerger dans la vraie vie dominiquaise bruyante et joyeuse !

Nous avons passé une semaine en famille avec nos deux enfants chez Patricia. Nous avons apprécié notre séjour, le logement est conforme à la description. Parfait pour 4 personnes. La cuisine est équipée, la salle de bain est fonctionnelle. Il y a des ventilateurs dans les chambres pour rafraîchir l'air et mieux dormir. Le veritable atout du logement est sa terrasse privative avec vue sur mer. Magnifique. Époustouflant. Nous avons été accueilli par Scott. Il est très sympa et disponible. Patricia répond toujours très rapidement aux messages. Elle est de bons conseils, notamment pour la location de voiture. Merci Patricia d'avoir fait de nos vacances en Dominique de bons souvenirs.

kai merle est un magnifique logement avec un emplacement idéal proche de roseau mais dans la tranquillité des hauteurs. la route est sur une seule voie et très pentue. la chambre du haut est superbe mais la chambre du milieu est très médiocre malgré une très bonne literie,la salle de bain passable et beaucoup de choses sont à restaurer ( moustiquaires au fenêtres, lunettes de wc, lampes de chevet) mais ceux ne sont que des détails car la maison est un vrai paradis très bien équipé nous avons passé d'excellentes vacances. à faire et refaire

We had a great stay at Birdwatchers Cottage. Tina & Harry were very helpful but not at all intrusive. It was a great for birdwatching and, being centrally located, was an excellent base for exploring the whole island- but you do need a car for that. We loved the peace & quiet there. It’s also easy to get to Roseau where you can get all the supplies you need. We stayed a whole month, did a lot of hiking, snorkeling, eating great food (out & also cooked at the cottage) and we still had places we wanted to see and/or return to. We look forward to returning!!

Panchon est très accueillant et dispo si besoin. La cabanita est perdue dans la forêt, à 5 min des bains chauds, wotten waven; parfait en fin de journée ! Un séjour coupé de la civilisation ; logement sans superflu, idéal pour ceux qui recherchent un retour à la nature

Lawrenson is one of the nicest people you’ll ever meet! So kind and generous! Always willing to share with you all the different produce growing on his property. Bananas, plantains, papayas, guavas, breadfruit, ginger, turmeric, coconuts, tania, limes, sugarcane etc! Listening to the crashing waves of the Atlantic are soothing and peaceful. The pleasant sea breeze is a blessing! There is plenty of room in the house. The kitchen is very well stocked with high quality stainless steel pots and pans. Make sure to bring the groceries you’ll need for your stay. Like Lawrenson says, the beauty of Dominica is in its simplicity! Good Hope is a beautiful quiet village. You’ll definitely need a 4 wheel drive vehicle which you should have in Dominica anyway! We visited Emerald Pool, Spanny Falls, Jacko Falls, Jacko Flats, Salton Falls which are all within 30 minutes. There is a gas station in the neighbouring village of San Sauveur. We truly enjoyed our 18 days in this mini paradise!

Trafalgar cottage is a nice spot with accessibility to the daylight bus to town and the drive is relatively short. The hosts were very helpful in finding places and figuring out solutions to any problem I had. The neighbors are very kind and willing to help out. Maria (neighbor) is sweet and kind.

Great place to stay on the southern part of the island. It's a short drive to get to several scenic locations (snorkeling, hiking, waterfalls, etc.). Our host, Michel, was very friendly, and prepared the place for us even though we booked it at the last minute.

habe den Aufenthalt wirklich genossen. Moore Park ist ein friedliches Bergdorf, die Community ist hilfsbereit und freundlich und im Haus findet sich alles, was gebraucht wird und es ist nachts ruhig. Eine schöne Station unterwegs und ich werde mich immer gern daran erinnern.

Adam's place was exceptionally clean, easy to get to, a nice distance from the beach and the view was incredible. You could see the tropical vegetation, hear a stream just below your balcony and see the sun set over the ocean. The plunge pool was just what you need on those hot days to cool off. The manager was very helpful and available for any questions we had. A really nice stay and definitely worth it.

We loved our stay at Jems Eco lodge! For sure an adventure we will never forget. If you love nature you will enjoy your stay so much. This accommodation has a really Cool concept and spirit. We strongly recommend!

We spent 5 days in Siboulu Lodge. It was just the break we needed. The apartment is in the rainforest, surrounded by lush vegetation. We spent hours on the porch just enjoying the forest view. The apt. was clean, quiet, and well stocked with spices, pans, and other needs for cooking. Cecile greeted us with a loaf of fresh bread upon arrival (yum!). We had been traveling for several hours and appreciated this treat. She gave us excellent tips for where to explore and how to get around. Make sure to read her guide before you arrive as she had answers for pretty much everything we could think of and this helped us settle in quickly. Her fur babies (Nori the dog and 2 cats) kept us company. We loved this! Another way the lodge felt like home. The apt. is in a good location and we were able to see all we hoped to see. Thank you for a lovely and peaceful visit!

Nous avons passé un excellent séjour chez Tia ! Son cottage en bambou est vraiment beau , son spa au bord de la rivière est magnifique, et je ne vous parle même pas de son jardin! Le tout dans un environnement naturel exceptionnel ! Super accueil, Tia est disponible et au petit soin ! Nous sommes vraiment très très pressés de revenir !

Séjour très agréable dans une maison impeccable. Un décor de rêve à l intérieur comme à l extérieur. Un accueil chaleureux et efficace. U ne adresse à recommander !

Superbe lieu,le jardin botanique est magnifique et la piscine le grand luxe !! Nous avons vraiment apprécié pouvoir nous baigner à n importe quelle heure, surtout après 1 bonne rando ! De plus, le camping est très bien placé, dans les hauteurs de Soufrière (mais pas trop haut non plus, dc parfait), très beau petit village avec une bonne ambiance Nous étions seuls dans le camping, mais Bevin a été aux petits soins avec nous, même si sa soeur, pour des raisons de santé, n'a pas pu assurer la cuisine !...Il nous faudra revenir 😉 Vraiment enchantés de notre séjour au calme
