Walk to the par 3 golf course or take a short drive to the local winery, Cherry Creek Cellars. Enjoy kayaking & fishing right from our beach and dock. We love it here—and we think you will too.

This bright and spacious loft is conveniently located between two of the best neighborhoods in Ann Arbor, Kerrytown and Water Hill. It is only a 10-minute walk to some of the best restaurants, bars, coffee shops, and boutiques that Ann Arbor has to offer. It's right next door to the Ann Arbor Distilling Company and just around the corner from Kerrytown Marketplace and the Farmer's Market (every Wednesday and Saturday). Property is located at Clarklake a public lake and access for swimming/boating can be gained at the public access a few minutes away. This location is wonderful to take walks/ biking with a 7 mile trail around the lake.

The private space surrounding the home and fenced-in backyard add to its ambiance. The home's recent renovations feature a newly added open concept, connecting the kitchen, dining, and living room spaces for a family-focused experienced. Vinyl flooring, fresh paint, and new furniture are featured throughout as well!

This property is the perfect destination for a relaxing retreat or a fun packed day of water sports. Located on a quiet 80 acre spring fed lake, the options are limitless! The guest will have access to 2 fishing kayaks, 1 paddle board and a private dock. The fishing is great here! Outside you will also find the perfect spot to have a fire while watching the sunset hit the water. After a nice day on the water the 65 inch Samsung TV and 7 speaker surround sound are ready for a movie night.

Fishing is possible year round (bring your own pole). Hike the miles of area trails in fall leaves or quiet snow. Light a bonfire after games of corn-hole and table tennis. Unwind on the upstairs balcony after dark and drink in the sounds of the lake and woods. This is the escape you’ve been needing.

Relax at this beautiful, fully renovated lake side cottage. You'll have a lake view from your front patio. Enjoy a bite to eat at one of the local restaurants. Treck the 4 mile lake circumference. The property lake access is located over a 10ft easment just after the 1 story navy blue cottage and before the 2 story yellow cottage when you head 3 cottages to the left out of the front door. This property does not allow pets and is completely non-smoking. Please see our house rules.

Public boat access to both lakes, dock available on Devils during your stay. Lake access on a small beach area steps away from the cottage & a shared picnic table. Perfect for families, friends or couples. Private outdoor space, gas grill, fire pit, zero gravity chairs, corn hole & during summer months enjoy the local farmers market.
