Location for our purposes was perfect. It was only 6-8 minutes depending on traffic from my families home. While also conveniently located within 5-15 minutes from practically anything you could need (food, essentials, coffee, gas, etc etc). Very clean! Clear instruction for entrance that may have otherwise been slightly confusing without clear communication. Would 100% book Joshua's place again if available for the next visit 🙂

This is our second time staying in this apartment and it won’t be our last. Elizabeth is the sweetest and VERY responsive. Lots of local restaurants within walking distance. Easy walk to the Great American Ballpark. Very affordable and so cozy. Highly recommend booking this spot for a couples weekend in The Queen City!

This location was absolutely perfect for visiting my daughter at Miami University. The apartment was extremely clean and worked great for 4 moms. Be sure to reach out to the owner to get a complete list of available kitchen supplies if you want to cook in the apartment. We would for sure book here again in the future.

Loved the bedrooms ,beds , and TV area. Beds are super comfortable. Really appreciated the half bath on the first floor as well as the bedrooms being on the second floor with the TV on the first floor. Water pressure in the shower wasn’t amazing but overall nice bathroom.

Great location! Staying at the Pastel Paradise was the best decision we made for our weekend in Cincinnati! The host gave very clear instructions for parking and entry. Within a short walk were many choices of restaurants and coffee shops. I wish we had more time to explore. We had everything we needed in our airbnb and it was comfortable and felt like home! Should we come to the city again, we would pick this place without hesitation. I especially liked the link to their website that had suggestions of local excursions we could search out ourselves. Fredas place just what we were looking for! Walkable to campus and in a great spot. Perfect for alumni coming back to campus! We will definitely be back!

Lovely space in a historic building. Very quiet and peaceful the entire time. Condo was clean and was stocked with all that we needed. This is our second time staying here and will surely do it again as it is located in our original home town. Great space for visiting family and friends. Thanks to Bekki and Michael.

Fabrice was very responsive and easy to communicate with. We evacuated Florida to get away from Hurricane Milton and Fabrice was easy to work with and very understanding when extending our stay several times until we were able to get back to Florida. We appreciate his hospitality and would definitely stay again here again.

When you stay at an Airbnb there are always expectations about the space you’re staying in. Jennifer is one of the best hosts I’ve ever encountered. The house is charming and was in a great location for our visits to Cincinnati Children’s Hospital and visiting family North of Dayton. The house really felt like home and there wasn’t one thing I felt like I truly needed. I contacted Jennifer a couple of times during our stay and she is responsive and genuinely kind. For our family of five with an Airedale, this was perfect. What a great stay! 10/10 recommend.

Both Scott and Michael were excellent communicators! They truly made our stay wonderful. They checked in every day to ensure we had everything we needed to make our stay more comfortable, which we really appreciated. The place was clean, smelled great, and had all the amenities we needed. The only thing to note is that the stairs are a bit steep, so anyone with mobility issues might find it a bit challenging to get upstairs. The location is perfect quiet, peaceful, and just what we were looking for. I would definitely recommend this place and would absolutely stay again!

We had the perfect stay at OxyBeach in Oxford. The house was super clean, organized and stocked with everything. We couldn’t have asked for better experience and the hosts were very responsive and friendly. Thanks for making our stay so wonderful!

Our stay was exactly what we needed! We were all able to cook meals and eat together comfortably. We are able to access areas in town quickly and easily and we slept comfortably! I only wish the weather had cooperated so we could enjoy the beautiful backyard more! Thank you!

Jennifer was an excellent host. She sent suggestions of things to do in Cincinnati which was very helpful. I truly enjoyed my stay and the house was amazing. Loved sitting on the porch and enjoying coffee each morning before we set out site seeing. At night it was nice to sit in the downstairs room and listen to my kids having fun playing foosball and darts. Would recommend this place to any of my friends and family that would be traveling to Ohio.

This was a great stay from start to finish. Jaime was very responsive to any questions asked. The place was very clean and had the amenities we needed for our stay. There are plenty of restaurants and stores nearby. I am pleased with our stay. Great place, Great price, Amazing host!

This was the perfect place to stay for a night and enjoy the Cincinnati stop of our road trip. Mike was very responsive. The parking garage attendants were very friendly as well and pointed us in the direction of the Mike’s place.

What a beautiful place! You won't be disappointed. Everything exactly as described & pictured. Prime location, easy access to the free street car for access of entire city. Right in the heart of Findlay Market, which was so neat! Parking is a little tricky, but Christy had great tips to make it as smooth as possible. The apartment was perfect for my family of 4. She even had games there which was great with the kiddos! We felt right at home & really enjoyed our stay! Would definitely recommend.

It’s a great place for a couple who is looking to explore the restaurants and nightlife of downtown Cincinnati. We walked to the Taft Theatre and the places we ate and rank at were so close. We parked on the street and paid the meter by their app; $6 got us through the end of the afternoon when we checked in til 8am, then I woke up at 8 and extended our time for $3. We felt very safe, and the whole building is very nice not to mention Will’s condo. We’ll definitely stay there again!

Great place for walking to local bars and restaurants. I do like that there’s private parking provided. Overall good stay, I did have some trouble accessing the unit because the door code did not work and required resetting. However it was quickly resolved within 5min. Thanks!

Chris and Amy's place is wonderful. I would recommend and stay there again in the future. Chris and Amy are great hosts, timely appropriate communication, answered any questions and had great suggestions for restaurants. The home was as described, clean and in a great neighborhood, stocked with the essentials needed for a comfortable stay, even a washer and dryer if needed. The Over the Rhine neighborhood is walkable and is close to restaurants, Findlay Market, bars, coffee shops, breweries, venues and parks and only a couple miles from downtown Cincinnati. Parking was convenient, only 5 minutes away in a nearby garage but we did not need a car since everything is so close by. I stayed there with my two sisters for the Cincinnati Bockfest celebration. We all were visiting my niece from out of town and having such a great accommodation at Chris and Amy's home made our stay in Cincinnati that much more enjoyable. Again, I highly recommend staying with Chris and Amy.

The house was beautiful. Had shampoo and body wash in all showers which I appreciate. Had coffee, tea, and cream. Lots of space to go and rest and really nice balcony. Marcy was really proactive and had clear instructions for entry and exit. Cleaning prior to leaving was minimal, too. Really great place. Will book again!

This was the perfect sized one bedroom Airbnb. I enjoyed my short stay there. Everything was as described. There were plenty of linen available. I am not high fan of the parking situation, but it is downtown so that’s understandable. One thing that was a bit odd and I guess it’s due to the layout/design of the apartments, was the secondary door in the bedroom. The walkway/hallway piece is shared with both apartments, but the other apartment is currently vacant so no worries. I don’t know if it’s used as an emergency route/exit since it looked like it had stairs between the two apartments. I still felt safe. Nevertheless, I enjoyed my stay and this airbnb would be a regular of mine if/when I have to visit Cincinnati again.
