This was a beautiful home with a fenced yard. Huge projector was a plus and the potbelly stove was a favorite! I would definitely recommend to anyone looking to stay in Pagosa Springs.

Extremely nice, very well equipped spacious home. Our family of 7 spent a week here and enjoyed it immensely. The view is incredible and the location to town and Wolf Creek Ski Area makes it very convenient. Would definitely recommend this home and will look to book it again

Beautifully designed & comfortable space nestled amongst the pine & aspens. The outside hot tub area & real wood burning fireplace (you must provide your own wood) was our favorite! Parking up against the cabin (small incline, must back out) or parking out/in the roadside garage great options. Comfortable & clean bedrooms downstairs; upstairs doesn't have a bed; we appreciated the roll away provided!Within 15 miles from the town of Pagosa & The Hot Springs.

We were blessed to stay an entire week in this beautiful cabin. Pictures do not due justice to the beauty of this cabin and property! The view is beyond amazing! We loved having our nightly cocktails in the hot tub and morning coffee on the deck! Cabin was extremely clean and bed was nice and comfy! They have everything you could need in the kitchen and a nice new pellet grill on the deck. We enjoyed taking our 2 dogs on a mile walk every morning around this property. Also saw elk every morning on the back deck. Our host Craig was helpful and readily available when we had questions! He gave very detailed instructions how to work appliances in the cabin. We will definitely be back and missing our little piece of heaven in the mountains.

Beyond fantastic! This place is a gem. It hurts to write a great review because I wish I could keep it a secret. Everything about this place screams a great time away from mundane life and recharging in nature. If you like to fly fish, there are monsters to be had in the river. The ranch dogs, Povi and RuRu kept my two little sons entertained and Glenn was more than a gracious host. This isn’t some minute by minute planned out ranch experience where you over pay for a catered trip that leaves you unfulfilled. This is a place where you can get far away from life and make time stop for yourself. It’s not the Ritz, it is freedom to experience ranch life with PRIME fishing all around you! We had an amazing time, the house was clean and homey.

Great spot to stay. Our adult children immediately gave it a thumbs up (they are very picky). Very rustic and warm. We used the wood stove a lot. The cabin had a great atmosphere. Having the Rio Grande River 50 feet away didn't hurt the scenery. The cabin was well equipped. We had everything we needed to cook (we only ate out once). Of all of the airbnb places we have stayed. This was our favorite. We'll stay here again if we visit South Fork and Wolf Creek again.

Our stay at the Courthouse Cabin was nothing short of amazing. The place is even more beautiful than the photos suggest, with an authentic charm that transports you back to the 1800s. We were a large group of 12 adults and 4 kids, and the Robertson family could not have been more accommodating. They were incredibly flexible with our check-in time, which was a lifesaver since we were coming from 5 hours away and had a few changes in our itinerary. The entire experience reminded me of my grandparents' farm, especially waking up to the sounds of the animals and the fresh breeze. The kids had a blast, even though not all participated in the horse riding. The hosts made sure they could still interact with the horses and even took some great photos. It was a highlight of the trip for them. The Robertson family went above and beyond, even mailing back a blanket that one of the kids left behind. He was over the moon to get it back. We highly recommend this beautiful, off-grid retreat.

We had another unforgettable stay at the Red Ryder Cabin — our 5th time returning, and it never disappoints! We were once again able to unwind completely. The cabin is always spotlessly clean, the kitchen is fully equipped, and the comfortable beds ensure a restful sleep after a day of skiing. It truly feels like a home away from home, and we can’t wait to return again next year. Highly recommend it to anyone seeking a peaceful and picturesque getaway!

We enjoyed our stay here for the weekend! The location was terrific, right on the river, and it was very beautiful and peaceful! The pictures don't do justice. It was perfect for the two of us, and our dog loved it! Check-in was a breeze and Lee was very responsive. I would definitely stay here again next time we are in the area!

This is a well-built, well-designed, well-appointed home in a spectacular setting. The views all around are stunning, as the house is on the southwest corner of a small development, right above the river. Mountains all around, and the constant sound of the river. Kitchen is well equipped (unusual in my experience). We had a minor issue with the stove top that is being addressed, and there was confusion about the network name and password, but the hosts were super responsive and everything was resolved. Beds are very comfortable. The heating system works effectively so the house is comfortable even in very cold weather (we were there in late October / early November during a storm followed by a cold snap). There's an effective and easy-to-use wood stove which guests are allowed to use (rare). The nicest rental stay I've had in the mountains.

I couldn’t speak enough about this home. It was exactly what we wanted and expected for a holiday getaway. We had 4 people and you could easy have had 2-3 more without being over crowded. It was such a wonderful home feeling if you’re looking for a place to get away. We had everything plus more than we could ask for when having to remember to pack things. The neighborhood is EXACTLY what you want when you are looking for a mountain getaway. We had deer walk right up to us and eat out of our hands. The Brazos River is walking distance and that was amazing! I couldn’t say enough how wonderful it was! Don was super attentive and gave clear instructions for everything and anything around us! Definitely worth booking and staying! I wanted to rebook on the way home!!

What can I say! This was probably 1 of the best and nicest AirBnb's that I have ever stayed in. Karla did a great job of staying in touch and was very accessible. Everything in the home was set up so well that I never had to contact her for anything. The facility was clean. The kitchen was well stocked with any cooking utensils that one might need. The bathrooms were very clean and well stocked with plenty of towels and washcloths. I usually have to take extra washcloths with me at other places but not here. I was amazed. Checkout instructions were very clear and definitely not burdensome. I cannot say enough about how well I enjoyed staying in this facility. I would highly recommend this place to anyone who is considering a stay in South Fork Colorado. It is a beautiful place. I will definitely want to try to stay in this place the next time I come to South Fork.

Wow is all I can say. I love that the hosts were on the property and everything was exactly like they described in the listing. It was super clean and love how hospitable they were. I hope to be able to book with them in the future if we are ever in that area again. Thanks again for everything!

We loved our stay at river bend, it’s close to wolf creek and few restaurants, you can get groceries a few miles away. Loved it, will come back for more adventures

Again, Kyle's cabin was a great place to stay. I heartily recommend his place to guests. A hidden bonus if you like hiking. There is a trail across the highway that is moderate level climb and takes you through some beautiful scenery.

Our little family had one of the best weekend get aways we’ve ever had at this cozy cabin. Unplugging and just relaxing was exactly what we needed after the hustle and bustle of the holiday. The view was gorgeous, neighbors friendly ( including the deer), and the provided games made the evenings there so much fun. I’m sure it will always be a weekend to remember. ♥️

This home is GORGEOUS- the inside is beautifully styled and decorated. The outside and views- WOW! It is on 35 acres and the views are breathtaking. Kathy was so helpful and kind with any questions and checked on us during a big snow day. This home is now one of our favorite all time trips and we are now planning to come back for a summer stay. If I could give 10 stars I would- it was wonderful. We cooked dinner several nights, the kitchen has all you need! The bedrooms are great and the loft was my favorite space. Everything about it deserves an A++++.

This cabin was the perfect base camp for our hunt. Matthew’s home was like a home away from home. Had everything we needed and more. Would definitely love to stay here again when in the Chama area. Thank you for letting stay in your beautiful cabin.

Amazing host. Eric is a tremendous host and was super helpful and responsive. He has a great property and the beauty of the location is unmatched. The night sky is absolutely insane. Lots of hiking and fishing in the area. You will not be disappointed.
