We'll tell stories about the gangs that owned these streets, what life was like for the workers and how the area has changed over time. Food is never far away on this tour. We'll visit one of the city's best bakeries and meet the bakers behind the bread. We'll stop in at locally run, independent food buisnesses and try their dishes. Supporting our food heroes. Moving on to the Northern Quarter we'll pass by hipster record stores, some of the best coffee shops and even get a sneak look into a hidden art centre.
