The moment we stepped foot into Villa Tartaya we felt home, the villa exceeded our expectations. Our host Effie was super helpful. Every restaurant she recommended was great. Daily housekeeping and cleaning was wonderful. Every detail of the villa was beautiful. With our two adult children we had a great and unforgettable vacation. I would recommend this villa to everyone who is visiting Corfu.

Alloggio pulitissimo e la posizione è fantastica, si affaccia direttamente sulla piscina e sulla spiaggia semi-privata. Abbiamo soggiornato in 10 amici per un addio al celibato, dispone di 5 camere matrimoniali, ognuna con il proprio bagno, una cucina spaziosa, una sala, ed uno spazio all’esterno dove poter mangiare. Dista circa 15 minuti di auto dal centro di Ypsos.

Ein tolles Haus, in dem acht Personen gleichwertig toll Urlaub machen können. Alle vier fast gleich großen Schlafzimmer hatten Meerblick und Balkon oder Terrasse und ein eigenes sehr gepflegtes Bad. Bettwäsche und Handtücher waren genug und sauber vorhanden. Zwei Autos haben Platz. Pool- und Meerzugang wie beschrieben (also gut), an dem privaten Meerzugang geht es auch ohne Badeschuhe (aber mit ist es einfacher). 1000m südlich ist ein Parkplatz mit gutem Steinstrandzugang (klein), Schöner Sandstrand Issos Beach nach 25 min zu erreichen (Auto). Gastgeber top und zuverlässig und gut zu erreichen. Tagsüber kommen manchmal mehr Flugzeuge vorbei, die man nicht ignorieren kann, aber insgesamt ok und nachts kein Thema. Dafür tolle Nähe zu Korfu-Stadt, wo man so jeden Abend zum Essen gehen kann. Geschirr ist genug da. Wir haben uns sehr wohl gefühlt und empfehlen diesen Gastgeber und dieses Haus. A very peaceful location, which is just what we wanted. Inland but with lovely views and only 15 minutes drive from the nearest beaches. The pool is great, surrounded by trees so there's some shade if required. The Villa is a little dated in its presentation compared to modern standards, but there's plenty of space and comfy chairs to sit in. I didn't realise there would be air conditioning available, but what a godsend - it was really hot while we were here, so it was a relief to sit indoors and cool down! Its a great place to stay, I would come again.

We had an absolutely unforgettable stay at this stunning villa in Paxoi! From the moment we arrived, we were captivated by the breathtaking views of the Ionian Sea, which could be enjoyed from almost every corner of the property. The villa itself is beautifully designed, with modern comforts. Every room was impeccably clean, spacious, and filled with natural light. The outdoor area was a paradise – we spent countless hours lounging by the pool, soaking in the sun, and enjoying meals on the terrace with a view that felt like a dream. The location is perfect for those looking to experience the tranquility and beauty of Paxoi. It’s secluded enough to offer complete privacy, yet just a short drive to charming villages and pristine beaches. The hosts were exceptional – incredibly warm, welcoming, and always available if we needed anything.

Fantastic location for a little RnR. Stayed here for my sister’s birthday. Lovely fun time in the perfect location with the most perfect views. It’s remote so hiring a car would be ideal to get to places. There’s a lovely bakery a couple of km up the road with delicious coffee and deserts. Everyone is so friendly. Antonis was a fantastic host, who went above and beyond for us! Excellent service, thank you. If we were to visit Corfu again this would be the place to stay!

Amazing!!! Incredible view, had everything you could ever need and then some. Lots of space and privacy. Hosts left floaties and furniture for my children. They also bought some small groceries when they heard we were arriving later in the day so that my kids would have snacks and breakfast. Amazing, amazing place. Would stay again in a heart beat

Wir, eine Familie mit Kindern im Alter von 7 und 9 Jahren, verbrachten im Oktober 2021 die Herbstferien in der wunderschönen Villa. Das Wetter war durchwachsen und reichte von warmen sonnigen Tagen am und im Pool bis zu kühlen stürmischen Regentagen. Das Ferienhaus liegt wunderschön in den Bergen mit einem großartigen Blick bis zum Meer. Viele Ausflugsziele (z.B. Kap Drastis, Angelokastro, Schmetterlingsbucht) und Traumstrände (z.B. Agios Stefanos, Arillas Beach) befinden sich in der direkten Umgebung. Vor Ort gibt es eine Taverne, einen Bäcker und einen Supermarkt. Das Haus ist gemütlich eingerichtet, sehr ruhig gelegen und verfügt über viele Annehmlichkeiten. Die Ausstattung ist bestens, u.a. Klimaanlage mit Heizfunktion; Betten mit guten Matratzen und warmen Steppdecken; schnelles Internet im Erdgeschoss; Smart-TV mit Möglichkeit Netflix zu schauen; Küche mit Backofen, Herd, Mikrowelle und Spülmaschine. Das Haus ist kleiner als es auf den Fotos scheint, bietet aber auch bei Regentagen genug Platz. Maria und ihr Mann sind herzliche Gastgeber. Zur Begrüßung gab es einen Obstkorb, Bier und Wasser im Kühlschrank sowie Leckereien für die Kinder. Auch während des Aufenthaltes wurden wir bestens umsorgt, ohne gestört zu werden. Auf Nachfrage gab es extra große Pooltücher und Taps für die Waschmaschine. Von uns gibt es fünf Sterne und eine klare Empfehlung.

Words cannot do justice the stay that we have had at Avrami for the last 3 weeks. This house is exceptional in every way. It is full of charm, history, beauty, character and luxury. The bedrooms are beautiful and beds so comfortable. The kitchen is fully equipped with anything one might need. We have two young (3 and 1) children and they were in heaven throughout our stay- from feeding the donkeys, exploring the woods, riding on bikes in the grounds and swimming in the stunning pool. Nikoleta made us a beautiful breakfast each morning and is the kindest person to have around. She also keeps the house impeccably clean and tidy. Maria, the host, responded so quickly to any need with true professionalism and care. We have had a holiday of a lifetime in this house and will remember it forever. It is perfect for families young or old. There are so many spots for guests to be private but also great communal spaces. This house is a true gem, full of inexplicable magic and love. Thank you xx

We had the best time during our stay at the Villa Terra e Mare!! We were there for 8 days with our whole family and it was just perfect to everyone. The kids loved the pool- and so did the adults. We enjoyed the outdoor kitchen as well as the one inside. There was also equipment for every occasion in the kitchen and in every other room. The best thing was watching the sunrise on the ocean in the mornings- the view was just amazing. Also Achilles was always easy to reach and extremely helpful with any questions- just like the gardener and cleaning staff. We would come back again and again without hesitation.

Apart from some confusion at check in this was an amazing holiday. The Villa is absolutely lovely and the view is incredible. Everything exactly as described. You can walk into Gaios via an unmade path (could be a little tough if you're mobility isn't great) it takes about 10 mins to get there. We hired a car and great that we could park it so close. The pool is lovely as are the surroundings. Very close to a few other villas but still feels very private. We were well looked after with any queries or issues. Absolutely love Paxos, the people are very friendly and it's just stunning. We'll be back I reckon.

The location and views from the pool were amazing. We had a great time swimming in the pool and enjoying the view and watching the yachts go by. Air conditioning in the bedrooms was great as we were there in a heat wave. We were able to leave our bags there when we got there before check in which was really great. Had an amazing dinner at Dimitri’s for our last night and was great to have the personal pick up and drop off service from George.

First, Christos was an amazing host, welcomed us, was always available, recommended us places and helped us with any questions. We came for a family vacation and the house was perfect for this type of vacation, there is a lot of space inside and out, we had everything we needed at home including things for our sweet baby. The yard, the pool and the view outside are amazing and we will definitely be back again!

If, like us, you're looking for luxury in central Corfu, with high levels of cleanliness and facilities, in a secluded location, but not too far from the action, then this is the place for you. It has probably the largest private pool we've come across, which isn't heated but doesn't need to be, as the Corfu sun ensures it is lovely and warm at all times. You will need a car to get around but, because of its central location, east and west coasts are within easy reach and Aqualand Corfu is just 5 minutes away. Alexis was the perfect host, always on hand to answer our queries, provide recommendations, and also made us extremely welcome with plenty of essentials in the fridge when we arrived. Seriously, what's not to like?!!

We had an amazing stay at Villa Denise. The location is stunning with views out across the bay. The pool was probably a highlight for us of the stay but equally the house was lovely and well kept, plenty of space with lots of things to make our stay comfortable. There were a couple of times where we wanted to check things and there was always someone we could text and they would respond straight away which was also reassuring. Would definitely recommend and thank you for a lovely stay!

We have just come back from our first time on Paxos. Villa Thea was perfect, great views out to see. Peaceful surroundings with lovely flowers and olive trees. The pool made the holiday. The walk to Loggos or Marmari beach (well worth a visit) was 20 minutes down a tarmac road. We didn’t attempt the walk back up to the villa due to the heat and how steep it was, so we found Christos taxi’s brilliant as they could seat 6 of us. Plus we were often carrying supplies for the villa. Lots of space for 6 of us. No WiFi but we found using our uk data was fine. Or you can buy a local SIM from a shop in Lakka There are cats on the island and a few hung around the villa. They didn’t bother us, just sunbathing in the garden. They were fed by a local lady. Would definitely stay in this villa again and thoroughly recommend to others. Paxos is a stunning island and not overcrowded for August, the local people were so kind and helpful

A wonderful villa that is highly recommended. Dora and Eirini were perfect hosts. On arrival a thoughtful selection of supplies was provided. These were most appreciated. The villa is spacious and comfortable. All necessary amenities were available including a dishwasher and washing machine. Outside is a proper swimming pool that is very secluded. The terrace has amazing views with plenty of shade. Great for relaxing or dining al fresco. The villa is around 200m above sea level, reached by a narrow road. This was an experience to drive at first, but we soon became used to it. Overall: 10/10

Wir waren mit unserem Sohn und unserer Schwiegertochter 5 Tage bei Stefanie zu Gast Das Haus ist absolut perfekt ausgestattet. Es fehlt wirklich nichts. Wir haben von Stefanie tolle Restauranttips bekommen und sie war immer total hilfsbereit. Die Lage des Hauses ist auch wirklich gut. Man ist nicht direkt im Trubel des Ortes und kann alles dennoch ganz gut zu Fuß erreichen. Wir haben uns sehr wohl gefühlt und können Stefanie und Ihr Haus uneingeschränkt weiterempfehlen.

Séjour incroyable dans la villa Eleonas. Qualité des services à la hauteur de la prestation proposée. Femme de ménage compétente, rapide et très agréable. Villa un peu à l’écart du village mais tranquillité et beauté du paysage qui en valent vraiment le coup. Merci pour ce voyage inoubliable.

Villa very modern, clean, private, had everything we needed, spacious with wonderful views. Great location if you want to explore local area and beyond, with some great beaches nearby. Hubert is a great host, clear instructions on where to meet when we got there, always attentive if we needed anything and happy to provide any recommendations on where to eat/visit. Would highly recommend the Villa, especially with Hubert making it a great holiday.

Great place to stay at when you love sundowners. House has all needed amenities but floor was not clean on arrival.
