The flat is beautifully and newly decorated. It's extremely comfortable, spotlessly clean, very spacious and has everything you need. Great location in the centre of Cromer and near the seafront. The outdoor space was a bonus with a view of the church. We really enjoyed our stay.

The most relaxing stay, from the friendly and warm greeting to the amazing location. The lodge is amazing, finished to a very high standard, everything you need to lock the world out. Comfy bed, comfy sofa, top kitchen, amazing hot tub. Cannot recommend here enough! We will be going back in the summer so we can enjoy the outdoor table and chairs

We had a wonderful little break here. The chalet is so lovely and clean and a good size for our family of 4 & pooch. It’s well situated with the marina, broads and marshes no on the doorstep. Thank you for having us and we hope to visit again.

Lovely location and well equipped accommodation - very comfortable.

Carly's place is spacious and comfortable. The sun hits the little courtyard in the morning which is perfect for coffee and breakfast. A river swimming spot is 3 min walk and the sun hits the bedroom in the afternoon. A variety of food shops only a few minutes walk and easy to walk to the centre. A great place for a Norwich stay!

Self contained, private little annex which was very quiet. Great for extra guests to stay while we have relatives nearby. The Brundall area is lovely with great nature nearby and well connected to Norwich by Brundal Gardens train station Very clean, spotless apartment. Check in was really easy with a key safe

We had such a wonderful stay, Jane and Jason were excellent hosts and couldn’t fault them whatsoever, we had a slight issue when we arrived and it was sorted straight away. I would definitely recommend anyone to stay here, very clean, big flat. 5 minute walk to the beach and shops and dog friendly!

We had a wonderful stay at The Loft in Blakeney. We spent days walking in glorious spring weather and then returned to the bright cosy loft, it's blue and white soft furnishings and the 'sail' blinds complementing the nautical surroundings. Nothing was too much trouble for our friendly hosts - we toasted them with the fizzy wine thy left out for us! We will definitely want to stay here again. Thank you

Very cosy home even though it was freezing outside we felt very comfortable and the house was lovely and warm. Great location and we will return when it warms up as we have family who live close by. Exactly as it looks in the pictures.

Our second stay at T&T’s beautiful home. Myself and my partner John could not fault the hosts in any way, the property is beautiful and even some added extras since our last stay and our suggestion listened to from before. Hosts were amazing when we had issues with heating and hot water and their handy man was very friendly and fixed the issue as quickly as possible. Such generous and amazing hosts. We look forward to hopefully returning in the future.

David’s house was easy to find and get into at a time suitable for us. On street parking was simple and right outside. The house was quirky, cosy and had all we needed for the weekend. Everything was clean and tidy with plenty of space to chill out. Plus we loved all the wall art & decorative pieces! Close enough to Norwich & the Norfolk coast but in a lovely, peaceful, countryside village. Thanks for a great stay!

The house was lovely and very clean. 8 of us stayed here and there was more than enough space. Large kitchen/dining area. Hot tub was amazing! Would highly recommend.

This was our second time staying at Jane‘s place freeholder’s in Wells next to Sea. The property is top end and has absolutely everything you need for a lovely stay and the views are absolutely mesmerising . Plenty of hot water, great heating system and a lovely Aga to cook on. Wells is a lovely place with plenty of lovely restaurants and some amazing walks and cycle rides if you’re coming to Well’s and I highly recommend staying at this property you will not be disappointed..

Our contractor team enjoyed their stay. It works perfectly when each member of the team has their own space and they always appreciate having secure parking when working away from home on site.

Our hosts where very lovely and went out of their way to make our stay great. It was just right has we where going to the near by race track for the weekend.Our hosts also helped with sorting things out for my disabled daughter.

Lovely flat. Very clean, and super comfortable and fully furnished with everything you need. Immaculately decorated with a high spec throughout. The owner was very helpful and responsive. Very handy location, just 5 mins walk into Norwich city centre. Would definitely stay there again!

We had a lovely stay at Verity’s. The apartment was exactly as in the photos provided and Verity was very helpful (including her recommendations of the nearby places of interest, such as Blickling Estate, which is a National Trust site) and communicative in the lead up to our stay. The location is quiet, serene, peaceful and private. The French doors from the bedroom provide an exquisite view of the little river and its green surroundings. Loved the sauna, however, didn’t try for a dip in the river (February visit!). Booking a massage if you have the time, is highly recommended. Book ahead at the Walpole pub next door, as they may close the restaurant if they get too busy. If you approach with the pub on the right, there are 2 driveways on the left. Verity’s is the one directly next to the road.

Absolutely amazing place to stay. 5 minutes from the town centre with all the shops close to hand. Mark’s place was as described clean, well equipped and very spacious too. Everything we needed to get settled in with was supplied and the welcome pack was very thoughtful and kind too (especially milk and coffee). We would certainly recommend their place to stay and we will stay here again when we next come back to Norfolk. Thank you for letting us stay. David & Andrea.

Fantastic find - a perfect location with all of Cromer within close walking distance, but a really peaceful sanctuary. Loved having North Lodge Park at the end of the road. Easy private parking also a huge bonus. Flat was comfortable and spotlessly clean, kitchen very well supplied. Loved all the board games! Thanks for a great stay.

We had a very enjoyable weekend staying in Jemma's cute, art - filled apartment in the "Lanes" district of this wonderful city. The warm and cozy apartment could not be better located to enjoy all the Norwich has to offer. Jemma is a super host and an excellent communicator. She is justifiably proud of her city and is a great source of knowledge on places to visit, to eat and to drink. There is so much to see and do in this ancient yet vibrant city. Highlights of our visit included the Cathedral, The Castle Museum, wandering through the "Lanes", the open market and visiting the incredible Jarrolds store - the Harrods of Norwhich. Thank you, Jemma. If we are fortunate enough to visit Norwich in the future, we will be in touch.

Susan is a great host, very responsive and always helpful. The flat is well maintained and has a warm and welcoming vibe.

Nicola is a really friendly and helpful host. The accommodation is excellent - comfortable, warm, spotlessly clean and had everything we needed. Tea, coffee etc provided, plus milk in the fridge.West Runton amenities are within walking distance, including the beach. We were only on a short two night visit, but would definitely recommend, and will certainly return if we're in the area again. A good base for North Norfolk.
