This was our fifth year staying at Elevacres. We have so enjoyed each visit. Kevin was, again, a great host. Thank you for everything. We will miss your home as our AVL rental, but can’t argue with you wanting that daily view back. Cheers!

Beautiful residence, and so many hidden gems in the residence as well as thr backyard. I will be rebooking for the future. it is literally minutes from everything uptown ( downtown) restaurants and activities literally down the street without any of the noise of the city. Phenomenal residence and backyard, is a jewel.

My girlfriend and I loved our stay. I know our rabbits enjoyed the quiet area as well. Needed a place last minute and were able to check in only 30 min after booking. Fantastic host, would definitely want to stay again in the future if back in the area.

This was a wonderful place to stay! We had a large group of 12 people and everyone had plenty of room and there were many things in the house to keep the group entertained (many TV’s, pool table, swimming pool, and the awesome fire pit with swing chairs around it). Alex was an awesome host and responsive and helpful whenever I had questions. We all enjoyed our stay here and would definitely stay again!

This home is was a great option for our family to celebrate Thanksgiving. Had plenty of room and utensil’s. The living space was great and worked well for our family. Having the fenced in backyard was great for our dog. The high chair and crib plus the pack and play was perfect for our grandchildren. The bed in the master bedroom was extremely comfortable and all our guests commented about how comfortable the beds were which is important. Great location with plenty of things around. I would definitely recommend staying here if you’re in the area with a large family.

Came with my local pipe band so we wouldn't have a long drive to and from the Scotland County Highland games. The amenities were awesome, the furniture comfortable, and the instructions easy to follow. Definitely plan to be back next year!

We loved staying at dans place, we had minimal complications so if in the area it’s definitely somewhere we would book again!

One of my favorite stays so far. The condo is so cute and I love the decor. For a few days I felt like an uptown girl living in chic urban studio. The surrounding area is beautiful and walkable, and the free parking spot was super convenient. I would definitely stay here again!

My daughter was out of school in spring break, and the weather forecast showed beautiful weather so I decided last minute to visit Pigeon Forge for her birthday! Upon searching, I found this beautiful condo that was reasonably priced, and perfect size for us! Located on a golf course, the location is quiet and gives you the feel of being “from it all”, but you’re literally less than 5 minutes from the main strip. The place was exceptionally clean, and looked exactly like the pictures. And the bed… my daughter said “mommy, this is the most comfortable bed in the world”, and it really might be! She enjoyed the large on suite tub, while the private shower was more my style. The hosts were super responsive, even answering a late night question within minutes. I highly recommend this place, and hosts!

Five times in and Matt/Krista’s place is a little slice of heaven. This gem at Smith Mountain Lake isn’t the biggest out there, but it’s ideal to get away for few days to rest and recuperate. The view is simply to die for and the hosts are incredibly friendly and helpful. Can’t wait to come back a 6th time!

My husband and I loved staying at Connie’s condo! It was the PERFECT location for getting out and exploring Pigeon Forge. We will definitely be staying here any time we come back to Pigeon Forge!

Place was great for a weekend getaway with kids, they loved the sledding hill which was right outside the condo few mins walking distance. Cozy and quaint!

We really enjoyed our stay here! It was very clean and walkable to downtown! Patty and Jim were very responsive and easy to communicate with!

Trisha is the ultimate host!! Great communication and even offered to help get food delivered to us when we had a flat tire and couldn’t get out for dinner!! The place was spotless and so cozy!! Wish we had more time here!!

Folks, this house is simply beautiful and worth every penny spent. ****FYI***** The pool isn’t heated for free. You do have to pay 150.00 (a day) (yes, that’s right I said a day) unless like we experienced, the people before us heated it and we were able to have a heated pool for two or our four days.*** I truly don’t feel the pool heater uses 150.00 a day in electricity, but it was sooooo sooooo nice for the kids to use and have access to it. This place would be really really nice for couples that travel together with kids or several large families. It’s amazing and we will for sure rent it again! Cheers!

Very nice place to stay in Chapel Hill. Great location close to town. House is spacious and has many amenities for a family. Hosts are very nice and receptive. The pool looks fantastic, we’ll have to come back to experience it! Highly recommend.
