Firstly I will pick up you from your hotel or the closest point to your hotel between 11:00-14:00 and go to our activity area by car. (Meeting time depends on weather and windy. Way takes about 1.5 hours to reach paragliding points When we are zone of this activity, you will get education for paragliding about safety from expert and our flight will start. Near landing area, if we are lucky and have time , you can watch sunset :).After them, we will take car to go our meeting point in the morning and say "Good-Bye" each other. I cook almost everyday. You will get to experience me and my partner's daily routine by joining us on a dinner table full of small Turkish appetizers. We love to improvise depending on how we feel like that particular day. We do our shopping from local markets around where we live. This is what we do. This is our life. We don't plan in advance. We don't have a set menu. We love to alter a single Turkish dish with a small touch of any ingredient pops into our mind, making our food more universal rather than what you are likely to eat at a popular Turkish restaurant. We sometimes stick with the traditional recipe but always do our best to find a way to make it more interesting by adding a randomly picked fresh herb, a spice or anything comes to our mind in that spur of the moment. We will hopefully get to enjoy the night with a glass of wine, a table full of laughter, new friends and a humble feast accompanied by a nice collection of records playing at the background.
