The house was great, clean and organized. I will definitely stay there again. The only confusion was as what to do with trash. I asked and was given instructions quickly and the issue was solved. I also think sending location is better than address. I had a little bit of a hard time finding the location. Sinnan was great to send me the location and help me finding the house immediately. Die Wohnung befindet sich in einem sehr schönen Komplex mit vielen Angeboten. Fußläufig ist alles erreichbar. Adem war sehr freundlich und die Kommunikation einwandfrei. Uns hat etwas gestört das wir die check in und check out Zeiten genau angeben mussten, obwohl ein eigenständiger Check in angegeben wird. Dies schränkt in der Flexibilität sehr ein. Zukünftig muss etwas mehr auf die Sauberkeit geachtet werden ( zB Krümel im Backofen von anderen Gästen). Wir waren trotzdem sehr zufrieden und kommen gerne wieder.

Erdinc is very responsive and always available to answer questions. He has an agent at the property too, who can help to sort out any issues if needed. The property matches the description provided on the website. The community is very nice. All residents and guests (at hotel and villas) can use same facilities - main pool at the hotel, beach, etc. Beach is about 10 minutes drive. Guests can drive and park at the beach or use hotel's free shuttle service. There are many swimming pools: main one next to the hotel and full of kids and people. there is one very close to the property, less crowded and causy. Overall, we are happy and will return here.

Wir sind eine sechsköpfige Familie und haben drei Wochen dort verbracht. Die Kommunikation vorab war sehr gut, Seda war jederzeit gut erreichbar und immer freundlich. Das Haus ist ruhig gelegen, schön gestaltet und gut ausgestattet. Wir würden das Haus definitiv weiterempfehlen.

Het appartement heeft allea wat je nodig hebt. Veel privacy. En de host reageerde meteen als ik wat vroeg.
