We had such a great time at Chloe and Ben's. It was clean and spacious, 1 min walk (if that) to the estuary and five minutes to the lovely surf beach so you could visit several times a day. It didn't need to be a big complicated affair as it was so easy to nip back to the house for food etc. The shower was awesome - very strong pressure. Everything was provided - linen, blankets, pillows, glasses, cutlery etc and all in great condition - and the kitchen was well equipped, including dishwasher and lots of good pans. Loved that we could eat outside on the deck, there was a fenced yard for the dog to run (he was in heaven), plus a trampoline, barbecue and fire pit. The view from the deck was stunning, and the overall vibe of the place was so friendly - from other holidaymakers with kids to the people working at the campsite. Would definitely book again.

Quite and serene place to relax and unwind. Pahia town center is about 30 minutes drive. Experienced beautiful night sky full of stars.

The apartment was clean, comfortable and in a handy location. The kitchen was well set up for self catering. The beds were comfortable, and the AC and fans were most appreciated with the hot sticky weather. The bathroom was super clean and the shower has good water pressure. Overall a great place to stay!

We had a nice experience at Sarah’s place! From the very first contact, she was kind and attentive. We made a last-minute decision to stay at her accommodation, and she responded promptly within minutes, making everything very easy. The location is great, about 30 minutes from Kai Iwi Lakes – perfect for those looking to explore the area. The house was organised and equipped with various amenities that made our stay even more special, including freshly bread, jam, and milk. Plus, the hot pool was clean and at a good temperature for relaxing. I recommend this stay!

The perfect spot to enjoy this beautiful region! We loved the Bach, its got everything you need to really make the most of your stay. Great areas to enjoy the weather and shade when you need it! Well stocked pantry to help when you’ve forgotten something! You can tell this place has hosted a lot of special family moments and I’m glad we got to come here and make some memories of our own. It’s a short 15min walk to the only eatery in town, and a 5-10 min drive to some of the best beaches this country has to offer. Thanks so much for having us.

what a place!! the house is far back road and incredibly serene. we came with two young kids and 4 adults and there was heaps to keep us occupied. trip across the estuary with kayaks to these amazing beach breaks a particular highlight. The whole house has something for everyone and honestly think we may be back. Rebecca was also an amazing host and had loads of local knowledge to share.

Eine tolle Unterkunft in der man sich gleich wie zu Hause fühlt. Die grosszügige Wohnung ist sehr geschmackvoll und originell eingerichtet und Küche und auch der Aussenbereich ist überkomplett ausgestattet. Die Gartenanlage lädt zum gemütlichen Verweilen ein und die Hühner im Garten von Shelley liefern täglich frische Eier. Shelley ist eine sehr freundliche und hilfsbereite Gastgeberin und gab uns gleich am ersten Tag Tipps für den Besuch eines Weingutes in der Nähe von Russel und für eine Segelausflug mit David. Die Unterkunft eignet sich super für ruhesuchende Paare die einen gewissen Komfort schätzen. Auch selber Kochen und BBQ sind ausgezeichnet möglich.

My sister and I stayed just one night, wish we had time to stay another. Lovely country property and so nice to have horses nearby. Enjoyed pizza on the back deck for dinner. Kitchen was well equipped. Would stay again.

Wow, what an incredible slice of paradise. We thoroughly enjoyed our stay. The house is tastefully decorated and we felt at home right away. We loved morning coffee on the front deck looking out to the sea, walking down the road to the beach for swims and to paddleboard around the lagoon. Our toddler had so much fun in the outdoor bath and there is wildlife galore. We will definitely be back to Te Tii and the gorgeous house.

We were very satisfied with Zarna’s place; it was as described but better than the photographs suggest. It was very peaceful and quiet. The little lake area was lovely.

You can’t go wrong with this sweet 2 bedroom home. It felt like home. It was completely comfortable and perfect for what we needed. The grounds are amazing and lit up at night. Yummy fruits to snack on. Oh! And the wonderful items left for breakfast. Diane is so kind and helpful. We could not be more happy to have stumbled on this fabulous Airbnb.

Dee was the most amazing host! We stayed with her during a sad occasion for my family. She was so accomodating and went out of her way to make sure we were looked after. She was understanding when we had extra family members (including our dogs) which meant a lot. Thank you Dee for your manaakitanga! Forever grateful.

Der Healing Raum war äußerst schon, wir haben uns sehr wohl gefühlt. In der super ausgestatteteten Küche, haben wir uns ein leckeres Abendessen gekocht, welches wir später auf unserer Terasse, mit wunderschönen Blick auf die Hururu Falls genossen. Besonders schön ist der Ausblick nach Sonnenuntergang

We loved our 3 night stay at Linda's place, great location, spotlessly clean and homely. The beds are very comfortable and the home is well equipped. Linda was a great host !

Magneficent spot, incredible view with a gorgeous balance between hill top views over the harbour but also feeling tucked in forest. Loved the feeling of the outdoor shower and found the space very homely and easy to get settled in. Note that it is a long drop, and Iv always felt a bit uneasy with them, but this is one of the most comfortable, cleanest and I didnt fear the loo - like I usually would

Russell is an INCREDABLE place . Spectacular. We sat on Main Street for hours . Loved it so much we stayed another night. Kiwis on the property!!!! Shane was a ripper bloke . Could not have been nicer . His local knowledge was Olympic class. I could have slept on a rock and would have loved the Russell experience. Beautiful harbour.

Had a lovely stay at the cabin, very private, peaceful and cosy. Delphine was a great host and gave great recommendations on what to do whilst there.
