Cute chicken coop! Fran’s place is clean and welcoming. Fully stocked kitchen with supplies for grilling. The coop is nestled back in the woods so you have plenty of privacy.

Peaceful Guesthouse on 15 Acres with Pool

Very short stay here as we were in the area for a wedding and needed somewhere to stay after the event. Everything was great. We didn't use the shower or kitchen appliances. Wish we had more time to enjoy the pool (very clean!) and other amenities. Only thing I wish I had caught was that the Queen bed was upstairs and not on the main level. We made it work, though. Great family weekend getaway.

Great stay at Spencer and Amy's cabin in the woods. Upon arrival we met co-host Kevin, who was outside refurbishing a rustic "hunting/man-cave" shed. Great co-host who was engaging and knowledgeable about the property and surrounding areas. Over the next few days we saw Kevin multiple times and engaged in some lively conversations. The cabin was as described and Tammy and I felt right at home. The cabin provided us all the necessities, ample linen and towels for our stay. We picked-up all our foodstuffs at the local Public market and grilled on the barbecue every night after our full days of attending the races at Road Atlanta. Communications was effective and Spencer and Amy were very forthcoming in ensuring we knew that any and all situations/concerns would be immediately addressed. This property was exactly what Tammy and I strive to find when we're away on our vacation trips; peaceful, clean, comfortable and reasonably priced.

We booked Kelly’s place for my son’s UGA graduation. Kelly kept her prices fair while everyone else from Athens and outlying areas quadrupled their prices for big weekends. The space was lovely can clean and Kelly was great about communicating. It is about 30 minutes from the campus but worked well for us.

Such a great place in every way! We had a romantic and relaxing getaway and are looking for ways to stay here again. Everything is engineered to get maximum space and “coolness” out of every square foot. Then the design and amenities are top notch and all work together for a great experience. We love the peaceful setting, and both the porch and the roof deck bring you close to nature and make it seem much bigger. The Sonos speakers throughout let us set the mood, and the fireplaces and ambient lighting took it to the next level. The host is very good at being there if you need, but letting you be in your own as you like.

My son and I stayed the weekend at this Cabin while we attended the AMAmoto races at Road Atlanta racetrack- just a little bit away. The property is absolutely beautiful- very quiet and peaceful. Super clean, and the beds were very comfortable. Terries cabin is close to some very good restaurants and grocery stores. While we didn’t really the hot tub, fire out or grill - it’s all on property for use. WiFi was very solid . If you require a place to stay in this area - I would definitely recommend this property.

Abbie was a great hostess who made us feel very welcome. The RV was very comfortable and private with nice areas to walk. And if you get a clear night (or early morning for us) you see more stars than from town. Also easy to get to from the expressway but far enough for comfort. Thank again Abbie.

We have now stayed at the front and back property and both were great. Beautifully decorated and they have thought of everything one might need will visiting. I always love to see the flowers planted around the property and located inside the house. My daughter also loved the swings. We plan to try and stay again next year.

Stacey’s place was really comfortable for the six of us. It was just as described, very clean, and the attention to detail was amazing! She thought of everything from charging cords for our phones to a selection of books, to all the options for coffee and tea in the kitchen, to toys and supplies for kids. My granddaughters loved the puzzles, and I loved the organization in the kitchen! I’m not a coffee drinker and usually have to bring tea bags with me but she had that covered as well. We also enjoyed the sound machine next to the bed at night. The house was clean, well organized and comfortable! She thought of everything you could need when away from home, and was very responsive! We would definitely stay here again when in town! Thanks Stacey for being such a great host!

Clean and easy to check in. Very comfortable beds! Very very responsive host! We had an issue that was not any fault of theirs and they went over and above to help remedy it.

This place was exactly as described and worked perfectly for me and my family of 6. It felt very safe and homey. For the picky people, beware that there is some dog hair on the floor mats or things like that but being as though it does say "pet friendly" in the description, it was to be expected, so it didn't bother us at all. We had a great stay and would definitely recommend!
