De flat is ook geschikt om in een rustige omgeving van 'thuisuit' te kunnen werken. De stijle buitentrap naar de flat en de trap in de woning zijn niet geschikt voor jonge kinderen. Ons huis staat aan het kruispunt van fiets- en wandelwegen. Er rijdt een bus van ons dorp Oelegem naar Antwerpen. De afstand naar Antwerpen is ongeveer 15km met de auto, de fiets of te voet!
