The place was exceptionally clean and beautifully decorated. On a scale of 1 to 5, I’d easily give it a 5. The host was very responsive and friendly, which made the stay even better. The view from the balcony was amazing — a perfect spot to relax and take it all in. I would absolutely stay here again. The town is just a short walk away, making the location super convenient.

Podróżowaliśmy z 3 dzieci, Aris zapewnił koszykówkę co było super! Byliśmy koniec kwietnia kiedy plaże i okolica były puste, to nam odpowiadało. Nawet ruch samochodowy nie istniał. W sezonie pewnie jest głośno. Dom miał wszystko co potrzeba, chociaż niektóre elementy mocno zużyte, ale potrafimy się przystosować. Spokój, odpoczynek wschody słońca, taras , ogród to jest najlepsze. Widzieliśmy pływające delfiny ok 7 nad ranem, chyba mieliśmy szczęście.

We had a fantastic stay at Dimitris' place! The apartment is beautiful, super clean, and perfectly located in the charming Upper Town – a real highlight of Thessaloniki. Dimitris was a great host, very friendly and always ready with the best local tips for restaurants and sights. We loved the neighborhood, the food, and the atmosphere – everything was just perfect. Armin ist ein toller Gastgeber. Uns hat es an nichts gefehlt ,das Apartment liegt so wie beschrieben, sehr zentral. Bei Problemen hat uns Armin sofort geholfen. Einfach super .Armin als Gastgeber kann ich nur weiter empfehlen. Wir kommen wieder.

Πολύ άνετος και καθαρός χώρος σε καλή τοποθεσια κεντρικά

Αψογη φιλοξενια και επικοινωνια με την οικοδεσποινα. Λεπτομερεστατες οδηγιες χρησης του σπιτιου και ολα τα παρελκομενα. Το σπιτι σε εξαιρετικη κατασταση απο ολες τις αποψεις. Πολυ ανετα κρεβατια, καναπεδες, μπανιο και απιστευτη καθαριοτητα. Οποτε παω Θεσσαλονικη δεν παιζει να παω να μεινω πουθενα αλλου εκτος απο τη Ria!

Eine sehr süße Wohnung in sehr schöner Lage. Der Host war sehr hilfsbereit und die Unterkunft war wie beschrieben. Ich würde die Wohnung jederzeit weiterempfehlen!:)

Marianna's place felt like home. Me and my family were looking through reviews, and after our stay we can guarantee it is way better in person. Marianna was always available, great communication. Staying at Marianna's felt like being home. There is a parking garage in the building. We got a card, which allowed us to go in and out of the garage when we wanted. In walking distance, right across the main street, there are tons of restaurants with great food. 100% recommended. We will definitely stay here again.
