Yoga & Hypopressive Training in a Vegetarian Art Book Cafè

Embark on a journey of movement and mindfulness with me as I guide you through hypopressive RSF (functional system reprogramming) and somatic practices. These exercises are designed to enhance your body awareness, improve your posture, and activate your core. • We’ll begin with 25 minutes of hypopressive RSF exercises—breath-centered movements that work to strengthen the pelvic floor and abdominal muscles. • We’ll then transition into 30 minutes of yoga asanas and somatic movement. These gentle exercises will open up your body, release tension, and deepen your connection to your breath. • We’ll finish with a 10-minute relaxation to leave you feeling balanced and refreshed. After the session, you’re invited to stay for a delicious vegan brunch featuring my homemade kombucha (for an extra fee). You’ll leave nourished in mind and body, steeped in the peaceful energy of this one-of-a-kind space.

This rejuvenating 2.5-hour experience combining yoga, meditation, and a calming sound bath is perfect for seasoned yogis and beginners alike. • Begin by choosing your spot under the olive tree that resonates with you, settling in with a brief breathing exercise to connect with the serene surroundings. • Immerse yourself in a one-hour yoga practice tailored to the group’s needs, ranging from dynamic vinyasa and rocket yoga to the gentle flow of yin or restorative yoga. The session ends with savasana, enhanced by the soothing vibrations of a sound bath. • Enjoy herbal teas, fresh juices, and locally inspired vegetarian-friendly Tuscan treats, fostering connection and conversation with like-minded guests. You’ll leave feeling relaxed, reconnected, and recharged through mindful movement and meditation.

Meditate with Trees&Crystals in a historic Botanical Garden

Meditate with me Trees & Crystals in the “Orto Botanico Giardino dei Semplici di Firenze”. We will meet in front of the Museum of Geology and Paleontology, via la Pira 4, walking towards the Giardino dei Semplici, where we will leave the urban environment to immerse ourselves in nature. Here we will be surrounded by Monumental Trees and beautiful botanical species. We will practice a guided meditation with Crystals and the sound of Crystal bells under special trees, each time a unique experience. You will receive a Crystal as a gift to support your connection with Nature, facilitating the therapeutic effects of meditation. I will also provide you with a small notebook to write down the sensations and thoughts that emerge. At the end, we will share the reflections together. My goal is to help you achieve a deep calm and improve concentration and mental clarity, generating a widespread sense of relief. We will connect with Nature and the Trees of this unique and special place. In particular, starting to have a deep connection with the Trees is an important means to reach that balance with Nature, which is increasingly necessary.

This deconsecrated church, built in the 14th century, serves as the perfect vessel for an ethereal sonic journey that awakens your senses. • We’ll begin with tea and a brief introduction to the project. I’ll also share how its unique architecture and energy influence my music. • Surrounded by soft candlelight, you’ll lie down, close your eyes, and relax into a guided 1 hour sound bath. This immersive experience combines electronic, ambient, noise, and acoustic elements to create a deeply meditative atmosphere. • The church’s architecture amplifies each sound, enhancing the experience with rich reverberations that foster a sense of inner peace and connection to the space. Afterward, we’ll reflect together in an open conversation, exploring the transformative power of sound, space, and self-discovery.

You will start your multi-sensorial experience by discovering and smelling the history of perfumery, the influence of the French Riviera, some of the most mysterious ingredients, and its modern, provocative tendencies. With our help and your new-found knowledge, you will then be able to create your own formula, while learning some of the tricks of the trade. You will enjoy our friendly, educational and amusing workshop while discovering our collection of rare fragrances. This initiation to perfume-making will serve also as a future tool to help you better understand, and more intelligently choose, your perfumes. We are happy to inform you that we have adapted our Atelier to host you in the safest conditions possible, respecting personal distancing and complying with all necessary sanitary recommendations. Other things to note If possible, please avoid applying perfume, scented body lotion or scented sun screen before the workshop.

Live an unforgettable and fascinating sensorial experience. Focus on the creation of a unique and personal scent, blending together aromatic notes of several raw materials. The course consists of a theoretical and a practical part. Topics include history of perfumery, ingredients and their origin, production techniques, step-by-step creation of the EAU DE PARFUM, olfactory pyramid, alcohol dilution and bottling. You will take home a 30 ml bottle of custom made Eau de Parfum , its formula and reference material. Test your olfactive Artistry and create your very own Eau de Parfum or Reed Diffuser. I am a perfume expert and I will welcome you in a dedicated classroom into the laboratory store.

Relax and restore your mind and body ॐ The sessions will be held in a studio in our private home. During the session we combined several very powerful techniques. Yoga Nidra (voice-led meditation), Reiki & Sound Healing with Tibetan singing bowls, gong, ocean drum and more. It is an experience of deep relaxation, sound and vibration. Yoga Nidra or Yogic sleep, it`s form of meditation where participants comfortably rest on their backs and listen to the voice that leads them how to consciously put the attention to different parts of the body and relax them. By placing the singing bowls on and near the body and tapping them rhythmically with a felt mallet we create vibrational sound that guides your brain into deeper Alpha and Theta brainwave states. Sound penetrates deeply and activates self healing mechanism, effectively dissolving physical, mental & emotional blockages. At the end of session we incorporate energy techniques such us Reiki to scan, cleanse, and harmonize your chakras, as well as gently energize your body. After the session you can personally try to play different types of bowls and gong. Je vous convie à une balade sous les étoiles. Nous nous retrouvons entre 17h00-21H30 (selon la période) pour nous rendre dans un lieu propice à l'observation, calme et éloigné des lumières des villes. Puis nous nous installons confortablement. La magie opère et un spectacle féérique se déroule tout doucement sous nos yeux. Nous voyagerons dans temps et l'espace sans aucune difficulté. Les Grecs et les Romains seront aux rendez-vous avec leur incroyable panthéon. En cas de météo moins favorable, la sortie sera préférablement reportée sinon maintenue avec une découverte des étoiles indoor, un projecteur "star theater" nous permettra de voyager dans les étoiles et constellation comme prévu.
