You’ll be welcome in my historical house in the centre of Milan with an amazing view over the city from a terrace luxuriant of flowers and trees. Here, after a spritz with apetizers, you’ll eat the delicious dishes you prepared: pasta, ravioli, tiramisù that come with an excellent wine and limoncello prepared with my own terrace’s lemons. I will reveal you all the secrets about tagliatelle and the famous ravioli so that you will go back home as an authentic Italian chef. What about bringing a very sweet memory from Italy, one that will always be in your heart? The secret of the classic tiramisù, a family recipe that follows the one of its creator: soft, sweet, delicious and unique! Your friends home will be surprised when you will serve them homemade plates you learned following typical italian recipes in an unique and rare location; the fun experience will leave an unforgettable and marvellous memory. THIS IS NOT A CONVENTIONAL COOKING CLASS: of course you'll learn a lot about pasta but you'll be welcomed into my family like old friends for a traditional Italian meal, cooking all together while sharing our different stories. Ravioli, spaghetti, tagliatelle or other typical kinds of pasta will be on the menu: the masterpiece of Italian cooking history. And, why not, we'll also prepare our "secret" tiramisù with chocolate. After many experience in Michelin star restaurant in Italy and around the world, I decide to open my experience on Airbnb to share my passion for pasta. You will meet only the best chefs in town, all with Michelin start restaurant back ground, all with the same mission, share our experience and our family traditions, ready to share the love for Italian Gastronomic culture. We going to start with a little introduction to the ingredients, after that we are going to do the dough and you will be able to prepare you own pasta from scratch! I will teach you many different kind of pasta shapes as: -Tortelli -Tagliatelle -Fettuccine and a lot more :) A wonderful experience about the magical word of pasta. Of course, at the end we are going to enjoy together some amazing pasta dishes. I will show you how to prepare few different sauces for our amazing pasta! We will be taste 3-4 different pasta dishes! lasagna is one of the best dishes in Italy. We will teach you how to do it! It will be a very fun experience, our teachers are waiting for you in our cooking school.
Also will learn how to make Spaghetti! We will be in San Frediano, the school can be reached from any point of the historic center even by walking. We will provide you with the tools useful for the preparation: kitchen gown, rolling pin and pasta cutter, eggs and flour. We will show you how to cook sauces to season your pasta. During the experience we will offer you the wine that I produce in my organic farm, make with natural method. Wine will be served at mealtime. If you want to drink during the lesson you can buy some bottles at our shop before the class. After preparing the pasta, we will set a table and eat it together the pasta that you have prepared, like an italian family. To finish, we will also taste a delicious chocolate dessert. All of you will received the recipes with our secrets. Wir werden vom Niederbauen aus auf eine Panoramaflug (10-30 Minuten) vom nahe gelegenen Startplatz Niederbauen starten. Dabei versuchen wir den Gipfel von Niederbauen zu überhöhen. Von dort aus erschließt sich uns der Blick über den Gotthard, der Haupt Kamm der Schweizer Alpen. Je nach Windrichtung müssen oder können wir auch andere Startplätze in der Region auswählen. Wir fliegen von der Klewenalp, Brunni in Engelberg oder von der Biehlen oder der Brändlen im Engelberger Tal. An Start und Landeplätzen fehlt es hier in der Region nicht. Deswegen ist die Schweiz im vergleich zu anderen Ländern wie Deutschland ideal für Hike and Fly Touren. Man kann fast überall starten und Landen wenn es der Landbesitzer erlaubt. Grundvorraussetzung für den Start ist das der Passagier fähig ist einige Schritte zu laufen da wir für den Start beschleunigen müssen um abheben zu können. Die Landung erfolg relativ einfach indem Pilot und Passagier sich wieder aufrichten und eine Schritte laufen bevor man den Boden berührt. Nach der Landung besteht die Möglichkeit Fotos und Videos (30.-) die während dem Flug vom Piloten gemacht worden sind anzuschauen und zu erwerben Ansonsten zu beachten Paragliding ist in der Schweiz von der Versicherung nicht als Extremsport eingestuft und liegt bei der Unfallrate hinter der vom Motorrad fahren und Skifahren bei 14000 aktiven Piloten in der Schweiz. I’ll bring you along a complete tour to discover all the steps of Parmigiano Reggiano’s production. We’ll see where the animals are bred and where the milk is mould. We’ll go into the cheese factory during milk processing and we'll witness in cooking and making cheese wheels. We’ll see then the process of salting and maturing up to enter the huge “caveau”, where thousands of cheeses wheels are guarded and laid out in long rows in the silent maturation rooms and where the scent of cheese will smell so nice and exciting that we won’t be able to resist till the final tasting of cheese and local typical products. We'll start with a welcome coffee and cookies to get to know each other a little bit, then let's get our hands in the dough from scratch with flour and eggs, following my instructions, we'll do two different shapes of pasta. Meeting at the wave, we'll get into the wetsuit, learn some basic rules within minutes. Right after that, you'll get the chance to spend 45min on the water. Changing afterwards again takes a couple of minutes and if you're keen we finish of by having some tea or beer in my favorite little cafe close-by. Explore the farm with ours kinds pets like truffle dogs, cat, chickens and pig (prosciuttina) and winery whit the owner winemaker and learn about the history of this 12th-century artisanal winery. Together we will discover the Prosecco Hills... beautiful places of my childhood, where I used to run freely around the vineyards! In the morning, with me and my husband, we will visit a winery located in an area with a beautiful scenery, where we will learn all the secrets of Prosecco wine making and taste some glasses of this famous sparkling wine! We will then visit a local Osteria lost in the middle of the hills, and will have an aperitivo in front of the vineyards, while listening to the delightful singing of the birds! We will meet my family, while enjoying a typical lunch in our family owned osteria, where traditional dishes are prepared using our grandma's recipes, and where the typical "spiedo" meat cooks slowly near the fire! All desserts are home made by my brother and are really a sweet end of a delicious 4 courses meal! We will visit a second winery, where we will meet friends that run a very high quality DOCG Prosecco winery and produce wines using ancient types of vines and lots of passion! Finally, in summer time only (Apr to Oct), there could be the possibility of enjoying a unique picnic experience in a stunning area in the middle of the vineyards.

Boat Party Lake Como
Ci troveremo davanti alla Chiesa di Argegno per poi imbarcarci dal pontile privato. Ospiteremo un massimo di 10 partecipanti, per cui se non trovi posto direttamente contattaci. Lentamente inizieremo a navigheremo Verso l' isola Comacina, passando i villaggi di Colonno e Sala Comacina, ci fermeremo nel canale dell' Isola, davanti al Villaggio di Ossuccio. Durante il Boat Party con musica e open bar vi offriremo ottimo Prosecco, avremo a disposizione anche soft drink e acqua. Ascolteremo musica e balleremo, si potrà nuotare e avere momenti di piacevole convivialità tipica italiana. Prima del rientro passeremo davanti a Villa Balbianello, Villa Cassinella e Villa Balbiano, per poi fare rientro ad Argegno. Questa esperienza è dedicata a persone che hanno voglia di stare insieme e divertirsi in serenità e buon umore, senza nessun tipo di eccesso.

Immerse yourself in the Tuscan countryside with 3 different experiences! We will meet in Florence, an authorized driver will take you to our farm in just 35 minutes. What will we do? 1 - Walk among country fields, ancient olive trees and vineyards, enjoy the landscape, the plants, the explanation of our history, an occasion to take photos in the suggestive setting.
Maybe you will meet our funny domesticated pig! In September taste the grapes! 2 - Visit the cellar and taste 5 organic Tuscan wines: white & red, aged directly from the barrel, and "vin santo" a traditional sweet wine. Then you can taste olive oil, we will delight you with a short film about our mission. You have the opportunity to buy wines at cellar prices, or order them to ship. 3 The last part is dedicated to making fresh pasta, with Raffaella or Laura, they teach the secrets to make pasta like Spaghetti or Ravioli! The pasta will be mixed and cooked together with that of the others, it will not be possible to do individual cooking. Of course, we will eat them together at a long table as in an Italian family. During lunch will be served our wine. One of our co-hosts will make sure that you can be the protagonist! We will be about 16 participants. Transport by van, with driver, from Florence is included. Attention: the return is by train to Florence, the most ecological and comfortable way to avoid traffic.

Aprende a hacer pasta casera de forma fácil y exitosa. Nos encontraremos en Florencia en nuestra escuela de cocina ubicada en el centro histórico, de fácil acceso, a 5 minutos del río Arno. Somos un equipo de chefs profesionales, estamos encantados de conocerte y dejar que pases un buen rato con nosotros para una clase divertida y única. Te enseñaremos los secretos a hacer RAVIOLIS, FETTUCCINE o ESPAGUETIS y TORTELLI en diferentes condiciones. Te proporcionaremos las herramientas útiles para la preparación: bata de cocina, alfiler enrollable y cortador de pasta, huevos y harina. Después de la preparación, te mostraremos todos los pasos necesarios para la preparación de salsas como "Pommarola" y "Ragù alla bolognese". Al final pondremos la mesa y comeremos todos juntos la pasta que has hecho, con 3 salsas diferentes, como una verdadera familia italiana. We meet in piazza San Pier Maggiore, an historical sight, where we will buy seasonal products from a traditional vegetable stall. We will then move to the terrace where a breathtaking view of Florence awaits us. Sometimes, to spice up our cooking class, some fabulous Florence folks will join us, dishing out their local experiences with a pinch of anecdotes and a dash of suggestions on the coolest things to do! We will get our hands dirty and we’ll prepare an appetizer and we will prepare a fresh hand/home made egg and flour pasta (e.g. tagliatelle, pappardelle), and a fresh and sweet Tiramisù. The experience will end by enjoying our meal and the deserved results of the hard work together!! Sample menu is as below, sauces and pasta shape may change based on in season fresh ingredients: Antipasto: Fettunta or Bruschetta Primi: Tagliatelle & Pappardelle Dessert: Tiramisù Other things to note: Culinary experience can be personalized to accommodate vegetarian, vegan or gluten-free options or food allergies. Join me on one of the most beautiful paths in Zurich, Switzerland, and create unforgettable memories. We will stroll through the famous Bahnhofstrasse, explore the fascinating old town of “Niderdörfli", and enjoy the view at the Lindenhof. ‌ During the tour, I will tell you about our culture and the places we will cross, and of course, I will pose you at my favorite spots for pictures! Don't worry if you are not super confident in front of the camera - most of my guests are not at first and every time, we manage to take lovely photos! ‌ I'm especially fascinated by low-light photos with a lot of bokeh (blurred background). The Best Photos in Venice
First, click on our profile and view over 260 reviews of my work. Absolutely impossible to be in Venice and not have good photos with at least 3 landmarks: Saint Mark's Cathedral, the hidden streets and the famous gondola boat. I have therefore created an experience that will bring you the best memories with these three Venice icons. We will take a short group walk in the St. Mark Square area, from where we will also enjoy a great view of Canal Grande. During the excursion, we will stop at some strategic locations to take hidden photos. It is important to remember that this is a shared experience and that multiple people share at the same time. If you would like a private photo shoot, I must let you know. We will do 250 photos and 70 of this will be edit with Adobe Lightroom. You can receive 70 photos by email after 4/5/6 working days.

Wir werden vom Niederbauen aus auf eine Panoramaflug (10-30 Minuten) vom nahe gelegenen Startplatz Niederbauen starten. Dabei versuchen wir den Gipfel von Niederbauen zu überhöhen. Von dort aus erschließt sich uns der Blick über den Gotthard, der Haupt Kamm der Schweizer Alpen. Je nach Windrichtung müssen oder können wir auch andere Startplätze in der Region auswählen. Wir fliegen von der Klewenalp, Brunni in Engelberg oder von der Biehlen oder der Brändlen im Engelberger Tal. An Start und Landeplätzen fehlt es hier in der Region nicht. Deswegen ist die Schweiz im vergleich zu anderen Ländern wie Deutschland ideal für Hike and Fly Touren. Man kann fast überall starten und Landen wenn es der Landbesitzer erlaubt. Grundvorraussetzung für den Start ist das der Passagier fähig ist einige Schritte zu laufen da wir für den Start beschleunigen müssen um abheben zu können. Die Landung erfolg relativ einfach indem Pilot und Passagier sich wieder aufrichten und eine Schritte laufen bevor man den Boden berührt. Nach der Landung besteht die Möglichkeit Fotos und Videos (30.-) die während dem Flug vom Piloten gemacht worden sind anzuschauen und zu erwerben Ansonsten zu beachten Paragliding ist in der Schweiz von der Versicherung nicht als Extremsport eingestuft und liegt bei der Unfallrate hinter der vom Motorrad fahren und Skifahren bei 14000 aktiven Piloten in der Schweiz. Preise für die Bergbahn oder die Anreise per Zug, Bus und Schiff sind nicht im Angebot enthalten.

Welcome at the POSEIDON Dive center 's office and check the snorkeling gear if you want to taste it. After a 20 minutes nice boat ride from the port of Nice to Villefranche bay , we stop to swim in a safe place near to Saint Jean Cap Ferrat. Take a sun bath, enjoy & relax. You want more ? Let's go snorkeling around the boat !! Put your face in the water and just open yous eyes !! Of course it's not the Australian Great Barrier Reef but it's fun too. From 11 years old with an adult. To know how to swim is of course required ...!! 2 sessions per day : departure of the boat 9:00am & 2:00pm. Meeting 20 minutes before; thanks for being on time ! Total duration: 2 hours . Others things to note: . If you don't know how to swim or if you are afraid of being in the sea you should stay ashore. No life jacket provided. . Because it's an underwater activity, the rain doesn't affect it. . In case of bad sea conditions, we might cancel the experience.
