Issy was so welcoming and friendly. The room was cozy, comfortable and clean with plenty of room to spread out. I felt entirely at home! Highly recommend!

Zelia's place was better than expected. We were so lucky there was availability! Do not hesitate to book. Absolutely recommend.

5 of us stayed at David's place for our family ski vacation and all of us loved the location and the house. the house was as described and has so many linens and amenities. it's 30 minutes to Stratton Ski Report and 5 minutes to downtown Manchester where you can find anything, including Shaws supermarket. It's a great location and house and we are looking forward to come back to this place next year for our family vacation. Thanks

Enjoy a wonderful, quiet, restful stay here. The place was exactly as advertised, and was clean, welcoming, and delightfully cozy. Anytime I had a question, the hosts were quick to respond and very helpful. I would absolutely stay here again!

Leo and Michelle were very responsive with any questions we had, and even reached out to offer us an early check in. The location was close enough to our places of interest, while still being slightly rural. The place looked just like the pictures and we felt right at home. We will stay there again when we return!

I travel for work and typically have to spend time in Rutland a few times each year. Normally I stay closer to town, but decided to try Susan's based on the listing. It is in an old house surrounded by farmland. Very much a typical B&B, Susan greeted me when I arrived, and showed me the space. She was welcoming and the place was cozy. It would be a good spot to stay if I had more time to visit.

Loved our stay at Sharon’s place in Pratts Hollow! Sharon was super friendly and welcoming and cooked us an amazing made to order breakfast every morning. Super comfortable beds in a beautiful home in a beautiful location. Would love to return!

This place is magical. Feather beds, beautiful grounds, perfect location in one of the best places in VT. Mick and Karen are kind, thoughtful, and incredible hosts. Each morning, they cook out of this world breakfasts. The breakfasts stand out on their own—creative, rich, filling. Our carriage house was charming, spotless, and easy with a 3 year old. The location here can’t be beat; you have easy access to Warren and Waitsfield. This was a fantastic place to stay and I hope to return.

Carin and Luke’s bed and breakfast is a beautiful getaway. The grounds are gorgeous and so peaceful. Both Carin and Luke were so kind and helpful and breakfast was delicious. They also have a lovely assortment of tea so I spent the rainy evenings I was there sipping on a hot cup of tea on the covered front porch overlooking the gardens and pond. Thank you for such an amazing stay!

My boyfriend and I spent two wonderful nights in Cider House 1. We had a fabulous time. Peaceful and relaxing with beautiful fireplace.

Pangea house is every bit as charming as the photos appear! Immaculately maintained, this historic house felt right at home for us immediately. Our room and bed was cozy and quiet, our hosts were kind, welcoming and responsive and breakfast was an absolutely delicious and hearty start to our long day of driving. Absolutely recommended!

We came to Vermont to look at the beautiful fall colors and for a Vermont experience. Staying in a stately house that originates from the 1700’s gave us both. The bedrooms are spacious and comfortable. The downstairs sitting area is elegant with plenty of room to spread out read like a country squire. Mary makes an excellent breakfast and is accommodating about when and what to eat. Be sure to try the apple pancakes. Manchester with all its fine restaurants is 15 minutes away. Otherwise, the Wayside Country store is right down the road. The view out the back of the house is outstanding. We highly recommend this house for a Vermont getaway.

Lovely BnB in downtown Utica. We are cycling the Erie Canal Trail and they were very helpful in allowing us a secure place for our bikes. We enjoyed a delicious breakfast and chatting with other guests while eating or relaxing on the front porch. The room we stayed in was pretty small with only one chair to sit in, so we spent most of our time either out doing things or on the porch or the parlor. Room air conditioner worked great, however there wasn’t much air conditioning in the rest of the building. It was an unusually hot weekend. Hosts were friendly - breakfast and treats were yummy.

We had a lovely stay at the Namaste Inn, while in town for a wedding. The room (and house!) was clean and comfortable, and David was a thoughtful and gracious host. Breakfast was delicious! Our group also loved meeting Wilson, the resident canine host. :-) We will definitely be back the next time we're in the area!

Words cannot adequately convey how delightful Nancy and her B&B are. Far beyond any description or photos is the magic of this place. I stayed on New Year’s Day and following a long day of driving was invited to join Nancy and Sean for a lovely meal during which we shared amazing food & rich conversation. I also adored Woody and Abby! And in the morning in the still blowing snow, Sean and Nancy warmed and cleaned my car off prior to my drive. I cannot wait to return in a different season to further explore the property and area. You will not find hospitality that exceeds what you will experience here!

Katleen and Jack were fantastic hosts, making us feel right at home from the moment we arrived. Our dog, Salty, had a wonderful time with them as well. Since we were the only guests, they even offered to watch Salty for a few hours so we could enjoy a quiet dinner together, which was such a thoughtful gesture. The river view is stunning, and the beds are incredibly comfortable with high-quality linens. They put so much care into the delicious breakfast and ensuring we had a great stay. We highly recommend staying at Katelyn and Jack's home!

What a beautiful space! Such an easy spot to put our trailer ! The grass was pristine and so clean ! No dirt in our trailer at all . The hosts were so kind and friendly . We shared the space with their bunkie and we could barely tell they were there ! They have both spots positioned in a way where it still feels very private ! The boat was free to use and we had a nice sunset ride followed by a lovely campfire with a great view Of the lake !

Marikate and her husband were fantastic hosts - we felt welcome and taken care of the moment we arrived. The accommodations are as described…the environment is tranquil and relaxed. The house is very close to Saratoga Springs’ main drag where there are lots of restaurants and shopping to explore. Strongly recommend!

Lodging at Priscilla’s farmhouse transcends a stay, it is an entire experience. I have never had such a gracious host. From her messaging me to ensure that I asked for snow tires on my rental car, to the incredible breakfast she prepared and presented each morning, the entire stay was warm and welcoming and genuine. She truly opened her heart as well as her home, and I was humbled by her hospitality and generosity. The surrounding countryside was also breathtaking, but it was truly difficult to leave the warm fire and the crocheted blanket behind. I left her house feeling that I was somehow leaving home, and I was wistful. I hope to make many trips back. Thank you for a truly remarkable and unforgettable experience, Priscilla.

We enjoyed an absolutely delightful stay! The Beekman House is a peaceful & comfortable stay - we felt right at home. The grounds are beautiful and the home is stunningly appointed, squeaky clean & fresh. We are especially appreciative of the delicious & plentiful breakfast offered each morning.
