We've been vacationing at Chincoteague for 32 years so feeling at home in our surroundings is really important. That is Exactiily how we felt this year in our beautiful "home" away from home! There was NOTHING we would change and really hope to return to the same rental next year. Thank you for helping to make it a truly wonderful stay!!

Super easy to get to. Adorable inside. So peaceful on the water.

Our first time to Chincoteague Island and it was very beautiful and peaceful! In the off season, it's a great place to go for a relaxing getaway. We rented a Moke and drove around the island including Assateague Island which was lots of fun. The unit had beautiful views of the sunset and was in walking distance to some restaurants and a short drive to other restaurants and shops. The unit was very clean and exactly what the pictures showed.

We watched beautiful sunrises over the water from our condo each morning-lovely water view! The condo was well furnished, clean, with a great kitchen, comfortable bed. We plan to return!

This is the second time we’ve stayed at Nicole’s place and we loved it. We loved being able to check in at the hotel next door and have access to the hotel amenities with the privacy of our own place. The rental was clean and spacious and the location is perfect. Can’t wait to go back

The host was very responsive. Great location and the views were outstanding. Master bed was very comfy! They had games to play and a dvd collection when the cable/internet went out throughout the island. The only thing we would have liked is a larger comfy sofa. Other than that it was perfect!

Amazing location at the water’s edge, looking at Assateague with a clear view of the famous lighthouse. Close to town and bridge to Assateague. Really spectacular way to visit this special barrier island environment. Thanks so much!

Great little condo on the bay. Our BT loved sitting at the widows watching the traffic on the bridge. Only minutes away from downtown with cute shops and restaurants. Perfect small place for us to stay with everything we needed. Really enjoyed staying there.

A beautiful and spacious condo for our family to ring in the new year. Plenty of space for the three of us and our pups. The well-equipped kitchen was perfect since we were visiting in the off season and spent most meals in the condo. We would definitely visit again.

This was our first visit to Chincoteague, and it did not disappoint! The condo looked just like the listing and had beautiful views. It was also conveniently located near shops and restaurants, all well within walking distance. There was a hiccup with the door code when we arrived, but seaside has an after hours phone service that took care of everything. The person I spoke to was so friendly and helpful. We would absolutely stay again next time we’re in Chincoteague and would recommend to friends.

Very nice location .. loved being able to walk off the balcony to the pier. My dog being able to come along was a huge blessing. Handicap access was perfect for mother. Only negative thing Carpet in the living room was stained.

Beautiful unit with memorable views! High quality kitchen appliances and the unit felt new and is impeccably maintained. Easy access to the rest of the island and a short walk to good food and shops. Planning to return!

This was our second stay at assateague Inn. same as our first visit last year, we had a great time. the room has everything we need, it has a great location, and we had an overall positive experience.

This condo was beyond my expectations. Lovely views and very close to restaurants. Lobby area very inviting! condo was clean and everything we could possibly need.

Bright, happy, cheerful, beachy place to stay. Quiet and peaceful with nature right outside the window. Outside deck to sit and watch and listen to the birds.

We loved our four day stay at the condo, with Seaside Vacations. Everything was as pictured, clean and though we had an air conditioning issue at our original condo, they were on top of it and saved our weekend. would definitely book again!
