[Public sessions in English] Our wine tasting experience takes place in a cosy wine bar in central Paris. It is made private for the group. We will hop on a Tour de France of wine, with 6 bottles (white and red) being served, all from small and reputed producers. Expect to cover different regions, different grapes / blends and different styles. These are really French classics which we will discuss. Food is included: a selection of cheese, charcuterie and obviously fresh baguette. We will learn to use all our senses to think about wine and perceive various styles and aromas which can be traced to grape varietals, regions and winemakers.
