Habitación en "El barco de papel"

Staying at Xavier was just perfect! Be it, the location the comfort or the warm welcome we received from Xavier. We arrived late at night and xavier was waiting for us to give us our pair of keys! Then when we woke up (even a bit late!) and breakfast was waiting for us. The apartment is really clean and stylish but the best part is the private sunny terasse, wonderful! We recommend strongly this location and for sure we will return there for our next trip to Barcelona!

Xavier was amazing, and so was his apartment! My grandmother and I stayed with him for four days, and we couldn't have been more satisfied. He was so kind and accomodating, and his breakfasts were delicious! I was a little nervous to go and stay with a complete stranger since I am new to Airbnb.com, but he made us feel so comfortable and welcome. I highly, highly recommend him to anyone wanting to see Barcelona. He lives in perfect spot that's very central to many attractions, and I also felt very safe there. I would go back and stay there anytime I come to Barcelona, and I recommend it for anyone else looking to have a completely wonderful trip in this great city!

I can't praise this place enough. Xavier was an amazing host, so helpful and friendly and really made us feel welcome throughout our whole stay. And his apartment is simply gorgeous! It's in a perfect location, our room was fantastic, the lounge is beautiful and historic and the roof terrace is just the perfect place to breakfast, relax in the afternoon or enjoy with a glass of wine in the evening. We really didn't want to leave and loved every minute of our stay, definitely check it out.

Xavier is a wonderful host! We had a great time in his beautiful home and it was a real pleasure to meet him, too! He gave us great tips and made lovely breakfast for us. We felt very well taken care of and would warmly recommend his hospitality!

Nous avons été complètement séduits par l'accueil de Xavier et par son appartement. Situé au cœur de Barcelone, nous y avons été reçus comme chez des amis: l'appartement est grand, extrêmement bien meublé, très, très agréable... et Xavier un hôte vraiment très accueillant. Du petit-déjeuner au soin apporté à la chambre, tout était parfait. Une adresse à garder précieusement en ce qui me concerne, et je sais déjà où je réserverai pour mon prochain séjour à Barcelone!

XAVIER est un hôte charmant et chaleureux ; et en plus il parle français ! séjour très agréable dans un appartement super mignon très bien situé dans une rue très vivante la journée mais calme le soir , donc parfait si l'on souhaite se reposer la nuit un petit plus : une très jolie terrasse !

We highly recommend to stay at Xaviers place. He's a very friendly and obliging person. Xavier made a delicious brakfast every morgning and we felt very welcome. His apartment is very modern and cozy. In the evenings we often had dinner at the terrace on the top of the roof. You will enjoy it!

Such a great experience! The apartment was absolutely gorgeous and the location was perfect - very easy to get to from the airport. I loved the daily breakfast. Xavier was easy to reach and quick to respond. Make sure to take advantage of the rooftop, it was such a great added bonus!

Xavier's place is a wonderful tranquil spot in a very busy zone of Barcelona. Arriving late was not an issue, the room very clean and equipped with everything you need (including wireless internet). Breakfast in the morning was a nice and welcome surprise and Xavier is a great host that makes you feel at home yet leaves you the privacy you may need. All in all a very pleasant uncomplicated stay and a real bargain for what you get.

Our stay at Xavier place was just perfect! The location of the house couldn't be better and the house itself is so comfortable and very well kept. All spaces are spotlessly clean and well designed. I've lived at the "Vaixell de Paper" for a while and I feel really lucky, as it's been a very happy time. The house is just amazing, really beautifully decorated, and the terrace at the top offers you one of the best views of the city. The house is located at the heart of the city, where you can find the main sights, go out for restaurants/bars/discos...but at the same time you can enjoy a relaxing atmosphere. Xevi is a big friend, he has a huge heart, and he is a great host who is always willing to help. 100% recommended, It's the best place to stay if you are visiting Barcelona!!

As you can see in the photos, it is a beautiful, big, very clean and cozy house. Is located in the Born neighborhood, one of the most emblematic quartes and beautiful Barcelona, also indicate that Xavi is very pleasant, and will make guests (email hidden) has a beautiful terrace. A great luxury to have a terrace in a neighborhood like that¡ ¡ ¡ ¡, you won't regret it, one hundred percent recommended¡ ¡ ¡¡

This flat is amazing, just in the heart of Barcelona, by the Picasso Museum. In this flat you will enjoy a real Barcelona experience and you will feel like being at home! Xevi is a very kind and helpful person!

A flat perfectly situated next door to the Picasso museum and in the area of Born which everyone who comes to Barcelona wants to stay as it has the best restaurants,shops and bars. The flat has a lovely homely feel to it and a beautiful roof top garden to get some tranquilo time! Xavier is a great host with always time to chat and answer as many questions as you can muster.

Having known Xavier for a long time now and having left him in charge of our own bed and breakfast, during our periods of absence, we can say that as a host he is brilliant (everyone of our guests pointed this to us after we came back); polite and considerate, happy to help you through your stay in Barcelona.
