Increíble apartamento en Friedrichshain

Eigentlich wollte ich hier jedem abraten, diese wohnung zu mieten, aber nur aus einem grund: blanker egoismus!! durch zufall sind wir auf dieses schmuckstück gestossen; die wohnung ist liebevoll eingerichtet, mit unzähligen details, die immer wieder überraschen, es ist alles da, was man braucht, vor allem platz! Die ecke samariterstrasse in friedrichshain muss man einfach mögen, trotz der punkigen erscheinung mit graffitis überall (die wir lieben) und einem besetzten haus ganz in der nähe nur freundliche leute, sympathische läden, und das beste: jedes einzelne der restaurants in unmittelbarer nähe der wohnung ist einen besuch wert, egal ob steakhaus, vietnamesisch, indisch usw.. ben ist ein freundlicher typ, wir haben zwar nichts weiter benötigt als die schlüssel, hätten ihn aber jederzeit mit bestem gewissen um rat und hilfe gebeten. schade eigentlich, dass wir sowenig miteinander zu tun hatten.. :) fazit: book it. it's perfect! wir kommen wieder, allein um die impressionen in der besten ecke der wohnung, auf der matratze im erker, zu geniessen..

Benjamin's apt has everything you need. He waited for us the day we arrived, showed the apt, gave us tips of every sort, and left us to enjoy our stay. There was a very nice little korean restaurant close to the apartment we also enjoyed! Alessandra and Angela

When we stepped into the apartment for the first time we said, WOW!! This is way more then you expected! The apartment has everything you could possibly want and more. Benjamin excels on replying all your questions super fast, which really shows how much he cares about his guests and that he wants them to enjoy their stay in Berlin. I have already recommend all my friends that if they're going to Berlin, and want to experience genuine, authentic Berliner life in a cool and amazing flat in Friedrichshain (coolest area in Berlin), Benjamin's flat is their only option. / Rob, Sweden

Ben's apt is great, Plenty of space as the bed in the livingroom window recess is very handy. Its in a great location, very easy to get to the U-bahn station just around the corner. I also hired a bike locally and you can cycle down the main Allees into Mitte centre in no time. F'hain area is very cool, youthful and vibrant and there are a great selecton of places to eat/drink within 5-10 mins walking disctance from the apt. There are also a few small eating places very close by. Mio, the small Italian under the apt is excellent. Will hopefully be back soon.

We loved this quirky apartment which is even nicer than it looks in the pictures. The local area is super cool with a great atmosphere. There are lots of good bars and restaurants, and a market on the weekend. Ben went out of his way to give us advice and tips about where to go, which was very much appreciated. We had really great four day stay. Would recommend the apartment absolutely. Thanks Ben!

three of us stayed at Benjamin's place in Berlin - for us it was perfect! stylish, safe, clean and in an area with lots going on. I would stay there again in a heartbeat. We were sad we had to leave. Thanks heaps Ben!

This is an amazing unique apartment and we loved staying here for our nine day holiday in Berlin. It is even better than the pictures suggest - with the high ceilings it feels really light & spacious . It was very clean, well equipped, comfortable and super warm. Our daughter loved sleeping in the window bed of the main room - which also made a perfect sunny spot for watching the street world below. Three floors up you are so quiet & have such great views. The area is fantastic too - very safe and friendly. We enjoyed the bakery / cafe opposite the apartment and there are lots of individual shops / cafes / bars / fab weekend markets close by...loads of good places to eat out when you wish to. Underground just 2 mins away. Ben was lovely and gave us a warm welcome on our arrival. We would ceartainly stay here again.

Probably the best airbnb apartment in Berlin.! Its totally out of my expectation.. The apartment was even better than you can think of. Spacious, cosy and the location was prefect , very convenience. Ben had been very kind and easy going and has been responsive through out the process. There were numerous supermarkets and great restaurant in a walk distance, the air was so clear and the view was stunning! Thanks Ben. for providing such a wonderful place which enhances my whole travel experience in Berlin. 5 Star and i will recommend his apartment without any reservation!!!

Had an amazing stay in Berlin and at Schillerpromenade! Ben is a truly great host that was really helpful to match arrivaltimes with check-in times. Through out it all he always held a solid communication with us as guests. And the apartment is simply awesome! The area with the bar Records and Schiller Burger makes Boddinstrasse a place you never wanna leave!

Gorgeous appartement, wonderful stay!

Benjamin is a nice guy, he's really friendly, helpful and thorough. his apartment is comfortable, homely, really clean, and in a nice area; you can enjoy the zone and the near Tempelhofer Park by bicycles. the center and all the south and the east zones are really quickly and near to reach by metro. we really enjoy the time here in berlin!

A very nice apartment with lots of nice details. Everything you need for a good homebase during your stay in Berlin. Benjamin provided us with some good tips on the neighborhoods breakfastplaces, restaurants and bars and with some inside information on other areas, clubs and to-do's. We enjoyed the stay in the apartment and Berlin big time!

Unser Aufenthalt in Bens Wohnung war super. Ben ist ein unkomplizierter und sehr netter Vermieter. Wir haben uns sehr wohl gefühlt und kommen bald wieder!

The Benjamim's appartment was totally perfect. The flat was clean,new and very comfortable. And the area is really nice, quiet but very closer to the center of the city. Ben helped us in everything we needed.! I recommend his flat to everybody that want to visit Berlin!!
