His condo in LA is nicely furnished and very comfortable. It's in a very hip part of downtown LA. It's down the street from the Downtown Library, across the street from the Standard hotel, and right in the middle of some very cool bars and restaurants. The location is perfect if you have business to attend to in the heart of downtown LA, or if you're a tourist visiting southern CA. It's next to the freeway, so you're minutes away from Hollywood, Beverly Hills, and 25 miles away from Orange County.
