I have known Catherine all her life and have traveled to see her everywhere she has lived. You couldn't find a more trust-worthy and meticulous perosn's home to spend some time in.”

“I stayed with Shelby and Graham for 2 1/2 months when I was studying in Seattle and found them to be great hosts. I can assure you they are totally good and honest people as well as fun, friendly and interesting. Shelby did a fantastic job of anticipating exactly what I needed after a long flight from Hong Kong and took the time to show me round the neighbourhood and help me get my bearings. Within no time she felt like an old friend.
The room and apartment are clean and comfortable and fairly spacious with a cute bathroom and little garden, almost like a little cottage in the middle of the city. It's in the middle of capitol hill with lots of day and night time activity so can be a bit noisy at weekends, but the apartment itself is pretty peaceful. Lots of places to eat and drink and several good grocery stores nearby. Easy to get pretty much anywhere by walking or public transport.
And finally there's the lovely Leo who will welcome you with a friendly wag.
Shelby and Graham were not Airbnb members at the time so I can't write an official "glowing review", but I'm sure there will be several soon. I would thoroughly recommend them as hosts and wish them all the best with this.
